- Positive mentor & mentee relationship have the power to cultivate social change. Every person should be mentored and in turn, mentor the next generation of change agents. Together, we learn from our mistakes, pass wisdom and build a toolbox for a better tomorrow.

8:33 ms. Phillips took a risk in order to find a mentor, this risk was asking someone higher up than her to be her mentor. Dunno if this helps but hope someone in careers 12 finds it useful
literally thankyou!!!!!
I love you so much, thank you
She's a natural and brilliant speaker! Great subject matter and advice.
Having a mentor has made me gain confidence in my work place , The presentation just fired me up and reminded me that it takes a huge commitment to one's personal growth in order for one to be influential to society .
I love this video and I believe that mentorship will change the world as well. I would not be where I am today without the mentors in my life. I think that if you have reached success then you should turn around and pass the torch of knowledge. Every single one of us will leave this planet one day and I'm not talking about going to Mars. When we leave this earth we will not take anything with us but we can leave behind a lasting legacy that will out last any material contribution.
Mentorch I really agree with you... I am apart of a organization that is involve in Mentorship and it change my life totally... it not not all about the money that comes with it but when you have a mentor in your life that teaches positivity and push you to be the best version of yourself..take an interest in you to shape your destiny, fulfill your dreams and goals, break that curse of poverty, its just a blessing to my mentors in my life...if anyone that would love getting mentorship with some successful business owners that will help you change your life...theresamurdock01@gmail.com email me
