This manager is a crook he only intended to steal people ideas,and take the credit for himself for something he had never think about ,so good he got caught and fired the young man needed help in the end he got the thief job and he got the help he needed for his company i am sorry she did not call the police ,because he probably had done it to other people, 🎉😅
I had a manager like this before, if an idea or work panned out as productive and efficient it was totally his idea. If it was a bust that failure was all on the employee working on it even if it was something he assigned you to do. Hell I got assigned a project once that I took back to him and said this cant and wont work for xyz reasons. I was told "then find a way and get out of my office"
