I started to use the hitrate additives gives the gas the octane level my engine loves when I get on the gas to hop a log the bikes respons is immediate. The bike loves the stuff . I have a Yamaha wr 250 f 2023 model high compression head the manual says to run race gas or 91 octane what i like to do is use additives to boost the octane of 91 octane I’ll use 42 once’s to a 25L JUG . To tell you the truth klotz hitrate is the only octane boost I’ve used that actually work . I’ve never used any of the other additives but I love the (klotz hitrate higher octane race gasoline concentrate ) wow this stuff is awesome I’m from Canada and I buy my klotz from a hardware store the guy that owns the place uses it in his toys also . I’m I able to have it delivered to Canada
I run klotz in my dirtbikes and our old westbend 820 gocart engine,i also mix my own rc car and plane fuel using klotz benol and supertechniplate, great formula , castor oil is amazing in 2 strokes !
Last skidoo I had was running klotz snowmobile oil with great results, been running klotz snowmobile oil in my next skidoo all season and not a problem, been thinking about changing my stihl chainsaws over to klotz super techiplate pre-mix oil. My buddy ran klotz in his txr250r back in his racing days, always loved that smell .😊
You could probably run a 5 or 10% benol In your injector oil for scooters. Depending on whether you have an air cooled or watercold scooter. Or you can just go pre mix.
This guy is No bullshit . I break every 2stroke in during heat cycles with BeNol and then right to Super or R50. I have never blown a engine up because this is the best ever.
I use Klotz all the time for my 2-stroke premix on dirtbikes. But I have a fully built Subaru motor, EJ257, and the forged parts need a race-oil with extra zinc and detergents - would Klotz's automotive Pure Estrolin racing oils be good? I can not find any testimonies ANYWHERE about people running Klotz stuff in forged internal car engines... just this "Crate" company for those dirt track cars...
Subbed great video great topic. Hands down idc what new oil comes out next Klotz is all I'll ever use. But i use Schaeffer's in all my 4 stroke applications.
I’m on my second KTM. If 2 stroke use a good full synthetic pre mix in your gas. I have had good luck at 50 or 60 :1 mix with motorex, Motol 710 (800 for racing) or Amsoil Dominator. In the gear ⚙️ box I have always used Motol 15w 50 👍🏼👍🏼. No issues or fouled plugs after a decade with these oils.
If you do enduro run amsoil saber 64:1 2 ounce per gallon but if you do Mx run super techniplate at 32:1 4 ounce per gallon or 40:1 which is 3.2 ounce per gallon
Lancair W I run amsoil dominator in all my dirtbikes and lawn equipment for my business at 64:1 but I run klotz in my motorized bike that goes 50mph because of the smell
I have used the Klotz products before and they make many good products, although I will not use thier fuel stabilizer, its not the greatest. I am a small engine mechanic, I use Startron and it keeps your fuel fresh a hell of alot longer.
So race fuel is 20$ a gallon now. Not sure how much you have to mix with regular fuel to get true octane numbers but most guys do 50/50. All I’m really worried about is detonating, so if 10$ adds 8-10 numbers on 5 gallons I’m in. I’m not looking to get every ounce on energy out of the engine, just good burning fuel to extend my engine life. If I’m gonna go compete then I’ll dump 20$ a gallon. But to just go ride I can’t afford that.
Ok got a question I just bought a 2023 husqvarna tx 300 it is the tbi bike fuel injection 2 stroke i just bought a gallon of klotz super techniplate 2-stroke oil will that be ok for my bike ?
Also I love klotz, use a ton of their products but….Honda HP2 premix has a slight edge on the smell department Vs klotz supertechniplate or R50….out of the bottle no, but while burning I think HP2 smells very similar, just stronger and more like race fuel. Either one with actual race fuel will be WAY better smelling. I have so many two stroke oils…..literally tried them all. I wanted to see if I could make 93 pump smell like actual race fuel. You can’t. Klotz nitro with and their octane product helps for sure on smell….but nothing touches actual (oxygenated specifically) race fuel like VP U4.4 or my god….the most ridiculous smelling fuel - VP q16….not c16 (it’s great), but Q16 is other worldly smelling. It literally makes supertechnipate or my Honda HP2 in 93 smell like regular old weed eater or blower. I….have a problem, I will admit it. Lol.
You should be sponsored, but i appreciate that youre not. i bought the octanium because i wanted to try and get a 100 octane tune for my car, but as you stated it was pricey. Does the octane booster use mmt?
I first heard about Klotz in '69, was recommended by Kawasaki dealer. I ran this oil in a couple of H1's, mainly to reduce the "mosquito control" look I was getting from running standard 2 cycle oil. The Klotz oil DRAMATICALLY reduced the smoke, but the stench coming out of the exhaust was ALSO dramatic, luckily once you're moving the stench is left behind! Other than the lack of smoke, I noticed NOTHING different about the way the bike ran!
I have a small 2 stroke engine with high compression head can I use the klotz octane booster in it does it mix ok with 2 cycle fuel pre mixed ? Lucas octane booster doesn't says on the bottle for 4 strokes only any info would be appreciated
I just wanted to say to everyone - MOST octane boosters are basically snake oil. Klotz octane booster is not snake oil. PERIOD. It does as it says. Same thing with the NITRO additive. Klotz actually recommends using their octane product with the Nitro if you aren’t adding the nitro product to a high octane race fuel. (Not all race fuel is oxygenated, which is what the Klotz nitro is doing)
Amsoil is OVER HYPED, always has been! I used Amsoil in my NEW '73 Merc Capri (German). The diester base (don't know if Amsoil has gone to a petroleum base) ate the HELL out of the "pan" gasket causing SERIOUS oil leaks! I swore I would RUN, not walk away from Amsoil products! There ARE BETTER alternatives out there! Back in '73, the oil was sold by indirect marketing (kinda like the Avon Lady). My co-worker was selling it, promised that my engine would run SO much quieter AND smoother with this shit, so I bought some. After I changed the oil, I ALMOST BELIEVED it was quieter, but after a week, I knew it was all in my mind! The dude that sold me the oil, should have become a snake oil salesman! He was THAT GOOD! He probably became the "Salesman of the Year" for Amsoil!!! LOL
@@TheOzthewiz I really don’t give a flying fuck about your opinion on amsoil I run it and it’s the best shit I’ve ran, also I highly doubt amsoil ate your pan gasket
amsoil dyno proven #1 in synthetics at least in 4 strokes klotz and VP have to be close in performance to the ams but I’ve always wondered how they all compare in a 2 stroke since VP is what’s usually raced with in 2 stroke dirt bikes and quads I can buy the VP at my local Walmart by the gallon for about $27 but I would use ams or klotz if I knew for a fact it was better than the VP in my 2 smoke but this has stumped me for years how do you know what’s best?
Who's dyno? I've felt it personally unbiased cause I honestly wanted amsoil to be the best. Super techniplate is better than dominator. And that's just the cheap choice. O well its good guys use that oil. Easy wins for team klotz
Been running klotz for 2 summers now. I started summer 2019, finished about 1.5 gallons for the whole summer, then i'm just finishing my gallon for this summer. I have 2 questions though. Next spring i'm going to do the plugs on the car (have 22k miles now). Will this stuff leave an orange residue like the other octane boosters like torco or boostane? I mean i know it's not a really big deal since that's the byproduct for these things and i'm gonna change my plugs next spring anyway but just wanted to know since it seems when i search online, no one uses klotz and if they do, i don't see threads on forums where people say if it does leave that orange residue. Also 2nd question, you said the klotz octane booster is green? Did they change the formula? Because the klotz i have, when i pour it it's a brownish color. Almost like really really light coca cola. I never had problems using this last summer or this summer and i don't use it to gain power. I use it to prevent detonation in the summer because i have a 700+hp boosted car. In winter i don't use this stuff. Only in summer time. Any input will be appreciated. Awesome video btw!
@arborcidal maniac i have only had my trx250r running for one ride and i used blendzall in it but my dad has ran it for years in his banshee. and i had to rebuild my 250r and found out i need to run race gas so thats why it blew up cause the guy i bought it from didnt know that i am having LED preformance build it and i will be running dumonde tech

Amsoil for the Win... Klotz was the dirtiest oil I have ever used. Yes, it does what it claimed. It Klotz.. My packing was burn and nothing but spuge sludge . .
Klotz is all I have ever used for 2 strokes! It smells amazing and burns clean! Running several Mercury 2 Stroke race outboards since 1993!

The Benol came out during the aircooled days, and then the supertecneplate 20% castor came out later for water cooled.

Been using Klotz since 1977. Even burn the candles for a wintertime fix. Great Educational video.
i know it's kinda off topic but does anyone know of a good website to stream newly released tv shows online ?
@Aryan Bradley I would suggest flixzone. You can find it on google =)

“Eu de Buzz-Bomb” - it smells like get-up-and-go! (Or the Kart Track - Adams, especially. Riverside, Ca.)

Good oil line but the octane booster can be used in black color fuel tanks if not yo will discolor your tank.

Run the r-50 it will burn a lot cleaner and lubricate just as well as castor
