I was born in Cali, but live in Florida now. I knew many of the places you went to and it was so great seeing them again. How I miss it out west. It looked like a fantastic vacation. SO excited for you two !!!! Such a cute couple !!!

Yes, SF during the summer is like an East Coast autumn 🍂. Autumn (Sept/Oct) is the actual summer in N. California! I’ll never get used to it since I love chilly autumn days so much. Just have to enjoy my fall in the summertime! ☀️
You’re right about our seasons being mixed up! I live in Sonoma and I’m still not used to our Fall either haha.

This is my favourite vlog of any TH-cam videos ever 🤩 Since you like wine, I highly recommend you buy from Dianella winery. We are just back from a 3 week holiday to visit friends in Tuscany, one of our friends is a renowned butcher in Vinci which is Leonardo’s hometown and he is an expert in wine. He took us to visit the winery and we did a tasting. Their wines are all organic and highly saught after. But the one I would definitely recommend you get is their Maria Ottavia & Vittoria ancestral wine which goes through a natural second fermentation in the bottle which makes is sparkling, like kombucha so it is also good for you. It’s a rose, tastes fantastic and you can think of it as being good for your gut health too 😍
So excited to see what you think of the South. I love Nola. ❤

Many years ago I stayed at the Palace Hotel with my family for a week. One night my husband went out to grab something from a convenience store and he met Richard Gere in the lift! I was very jealous 😄
Couldn’t agree more about the Grand Canyon. Went there last year. Breathtakingly spectacular… Would also recommend Monument Valley further east on the Arizona/Utah border…

I live in Montgomery, TX and didn't even know about Oakville. It's like a town from a Hallmark movie 😍
I want to go there now! I'm in a wheelchair and the shower in your hotel would be perfect for me, and I like the two lawn chairs on the property, I'd like to relax in one of those and check out the property/gardens. It's so beautiful there! *please share with us what hotel you stayed at there?* Thankyou for sharing this trip. The nice thing about the US is that you can go from one state to another and it looks like you're entering different countries, not states! You should check out Florida some time, and Texas. People in (most parts of) Texas are very friendly, unlike in other states. 😁
You get to enjoy the food without having allergies, since you are new to it. The food here isn't as "safe" as it is where you are from. I can't have dairy, wheat and corn. 😏
Oh and eggs, unless they are boiled or cooked in food.

Great trip other than New Orleans 👎. Yosemite was beautiful, the water flowing!!! Been to the Grand Canyon, usually way too many people there! We did the train there, was great! Vegas🤮
