    Sounds like a cam chain click. You should have the engine rebuilt. If your doing cam chain it isn't much move to just go for full rebuild. That way you know it's all good and will last. If it jumps time you'll be buying a whole new motor.

      sheepdog 9/11 well I’ve sold it since this video and after the video it ran great until I sold it, and I never really heard the click anymore so who knows. But I guess it’s not my problem anymore lol! Thanks for informing me tho, I appreciate it!

      It has to be the fuel line cogging up your carb try a fuel system flush then clean the carb with compressed air.

      Alright well I remember purchasing this one and it worked well just make sure to change the jets out of the carb that’s on your quad now and put them in the new one. Nice video. how much does one of those exact atvs cost you?

    • @kevinriess
      @kevinriess  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lucas Alling Thank you and I had payed about $1800 for mine when I first got it back in December but larger sizes like mine will be in the price range of around $1500 to like $4,000 if you looking for used ones or even sometimes brand new and smaller ones could be sometimes $500 to like $1700 or around there!

    • @lucasalling420
      @lucasalling420 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kevinriess ok thanks but explain smaller more affordable ones then cause that would be helpful. Thanks!

    • @kevinriess
      @kevinriess  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lucas Alling well most cheap quads are not really the best to buy because they will break very quickly and they are not made very well and will not preform as well as brand name ones. Also try downloading letgo and looking for ones people are selling in your area or craigslist! But you could still buy one of the cheaper $500 ones offline and its would still be good to ride just may cause some problems down the road.

    • @kevinriess
      @kevinriess  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1
