Trex 500 E - Electronics and Setup #5

Hi there and thanks for posting. I know exactly what you are talking about. My goal was to get both paddles not only level with each other, but also level with the head. I found the best way to accomplish this is use the mold line on the flybar cage to line up each paddle with. Since the mold line is usually dead center on the cage, I know both sides would be equal. Then I simply lined up the paddles with that line and presto! Note if you stand back a foot or so you can line it up better.

Hey bud! Thanks for posting and the kind remarks. I am having a blast with this build and will be a bit sad when it is complete! There is a light at the end of the tunnel and this heli is almost there! We had a great 4th holiday! All except for that part where I had to go back to work! ;)

Hi Ryan and thanks for posting and the kind remarks. You are correct, the pitch curve is a straight linear curve which is were it needs to be when setting both the collective and cyclic pitch. Hope this helps. Have a great day and happy flying!

Hey bud! Thanks again for posting! I am pretty sure one more video will wrap up this project. All I have left is the cyclic pitch and to confirm the flybar cage is level. Other than that, we should be cleared for takeoff!
