DIY Kitchen Island from a Thrifted Desk (before and after )

I found a desk at a thrift store and I knew it was bound to be my next project!

Zinser Shellac BIN primer (This link is to the synthetic, advanced primer, which is what I used for this project. I prefer the non-synthetic, but couldn’t find it on Amazon. It may be available at your local home improvement store.)
