The Residences at Greenbelt is a three building residential condominium development in Makati, Philippines by Ayala Land. It is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the Philippines with a height of 204.5 meters from the ground to its architectural spire. The buildings are 48 - 57 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines. The complex was formerly the site of the old Coronado Lanes bowling center and parking lot. The building is located at the Makati Central Business District and is located opposite the posh Greenbelt Mall.

Lord, this place would make a lot of sense to those folks that need to be in Ayala. Pricey, but who doesn’t want to be where all the best places are for shopping , eating and some nightlife

Man I'd love to own a unit here! Just so convenient to Greenbelt and Landmark and Glorietta and places like that. Plus I went to high school close by and I can always visit the old school! :)

Yes one of the most convenient condos in the CBD. The new Ayala Premiere condos next to Glorietta are also a great choice - Park Terraces and Garden Towers. :-)

Is there a bridge access to get to the Greenbelt mall so no need to cross the main street?

+audrey gee there are units available for rent but usually minimum 1 year lease, a 2 bedroom flat would rent for php 130,000 per month ($us 2,600)
