A theory on the abandoned level: Puppy used to live there, with Kitty like a sibling almost. And then he found -974 and went in. Kitty got nervous and scared without him and started ripping the walls and things like up to try and find him, but never did. After a while, he didn’t feel safe there anymore, so he left and hid the place so he doesn’t have to remember it. It’s really simple but it’s the best I’ve got lol.

Anything we imagine will then exist within the backrooms, almost like alternate-realities. Any possible variable or parallel that can happen, will most likely happen within the backrooms. With 974 existing is both the positive and negative counterparts, you have to now include the variables that can exist every time you spawn in to either-or. Yes, you explained there's 2 existing realms of 974: The positive, and the negative -974.1. Now add in all the variables and possibilities that can happen at random, and boom...you know have 1000+ endless occurrences that can happen once you spawn in, ranging from encounters being positive, to incredibly hostile and dangerous, to lastly having no signs of sentient life.

I am quite curious as to what happens if you make a partygoer laugh or maybe cry. Would they become a partypooper? Oh what happens if you pop a partygoers's balloon? And what would happen if you go to level fun on your birthday or better yet if you bring cake and balloons to level fun. Ah a good question is what would happen if someone dressed as a bright yellow clown holding a red balloon and was spotted by a partygoer?

I think Kitty is a child monster who likes to pretend it is a human little girl. 👧 The sublevels could be previous versions of kitty's house that were not satisfactory, or prototypes that were created before the final version. Did Kitty create the house, or its parents, or something else as a playground for it? Who knows? But, I am concerned that as it gets older, Kitty will lose interest in this personna and behave like a normal backrooms monster. 💀 This may be a rare opportunity to teach a monster what it is like to be a human, instead of just thinking of them as intruders, or prey.
I wouldn't risk provoking it into breaking its normal behavior patterns. To resist it scaring you into a catatonic state, you just need to be strong willed. If you do try to physically attack it, then you might find it is perfectly capable of injuring or even killing you.
Kitty seems quite child-like, and the torn strange toys are odd, kitty seems to get angry so did something hurt or cause kitty to be upset? I have a few theories on kitty. 1) what if the lower levels of kitty's house reflects the entities deep inner feelings? and puppy is Kitties hate or trauma? 2) Puppy seems to be working with Kitty, keeping them safe and happy. It's dark but what if Kitty feeds it's opposite (puppy) disobedient travellers as a symbiotic relationship where Kitty makes friends and is safe on their level and the entity Puppy gets to consume and feed the negative level. 3) what if puppy trashed the room and had a fight with Kitty? is Kitty hiding away from puppy? What if puppy being the opposite is them being enemies? 4) What if Kitty had a family... and the old levels is Kitties old house. Entities may have killed their friends and family, the picture off the wall... (memories?) The entity seems child-like almost. What if Kitty couldn't defend itself and puppy was the only thing to protect it.
Some of these can interlink. Kitty's sub level pictures are often used in the aesthetic traumacore so i feel it's fitting. it was fun coming up with this lore.
I have a concept for a level: name level where? Basically its like the void but stranger you can stand on solid ground but you dont know about it and anything you think you can interact with doesnt exsist you never know where you are and it has houses but they have distorted proporties like level 404 there seems too be alot of useful items in level where? But when you touch them they cease to exsist any base you make or friend you make there you will just forget untill you start forgeting more and more untill you become a lifeless corpse you dont need food sleep or water in this level| entrance: find a arcade machine in the arcade and get a object to break the screen to climb in| exit: if your lucky the backrooms overlord will send you out but he does like people with dedication….
I thought so, too. 😌 But, I believe it is only a Matter of time until it does. I think Kitty is a child monster, and likes to pretend it is a human girl for fun. But, sooner or later it will grow out of that, and begin to act more like a normal monster. But, I could be wrong. Kitty could really believe it is a female child because it is insane. Or, if monsters are people who have stayed in the backrooms too long, it could have once been a human girl, and created that place out of its demented memories and desire to return to its old life outside.

Kitty seems quite child-like, and the torn strange toys are odd, kitty seems to get angry so did something hurt or cause kitty to be upset?
I have a few theories on kitty.
1) what if the lower levels of kitty's house reflects the entities deep inner feelings? and puppy is Kitties hate or trauma?
2) Puppy seems to be working with Kitty, keeping them safe and happy. It's dark but what if Kitty feeds it's opposite (puppy) disobedient travellers as a symbiotic relationship where Kitty makes friends and is safe on their level and the entity Puppy gets to consume and feed the negative level.
3) what if puppy trashed the room and had a fight with Kitty? is Kitty hiding away from puppy? What if puppy being the opposite is them being enemies?
4) What if Kitty had a family... and the old levels is Kitties old house. Entities may have killed their friends and family, the picture off the wall... (memories?) The entity seems child-like almost. What if Kitty couldn't defend itself and puppy was the only thing to protect it.
Some of these can interlink. Kitty's sub level pictures are often used in the aesthetic traumacore so i feel it's fitting.

I have a concept for a level: name level where? Basically its like the void but stranger you can stand on solid ground but you dont know about it and anything you think you can interact with doesnt exsist you never know where you are and it has houses but they have distorted proporties like level 404 there seems too be alot of useful items in level where? But when you touch them they cease to exsist any base you make or friend you make there you will just forget untill you start forgeting more and more untill you become a lifeless corpse you dont need food sleep or water in this level| entrance: find a arcade machine in the arcade and get a object to break the screen to climb in| exit: if your lucky the backrooms overlord will send you out but he does like people with dedication….

But, I believe it is only a Matter of time until it does.
I think Kitty is a child monster, and likes to pretend it is a human girl for fun.
But, sooner or later it will grow out of that, and begin to act more like a normal monster.
But, I could be wrong. Kitty could really believe it is a female child because it is insane.
Or, if monsters are people who have stayed in the backrooms too long, it could have once been a human girl, and created that place out of its demented memories and desire to return to its old life outside.
I hope the unsafe levels become safe so that we can explore more in the levels
