If it is Until the end of game effect then it is obviously broken, but if it is only in hand then it can be discussed, because it won't affect cards generated after the dude is played, but effect will still persist affected cards after he's killed.

10 mana cards, they're only good if they instantly win the game or if you discount them so they aren't 10 mana cards. I think every card should just cost 0.
