This video covers three toll road systems. The STAR (Southern Tagalog Arterial Road) passing South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) up to Metro Manila Skyway towards Buendia from Batangas City.
Also, this video documents the road upgrades and updates along STAR Tollway Segment.
Notable changes in STAR -
Road widened, new bridges, new lay-by areas. Asphalt roads in some portions. Concrete barriers along near Batangas City to avoid overtaking and strict implementation of speeding :-(
