Ideas: -Make a Double Disc spinner. Four wheeled drive with protected wheels. -Drum spinner, uses tracks and is heavily armored with a powerful drum. Not a cylindrical drum but like a rectangular one. -Flipper. Four wheeled with exposed wheels, sort of like Subzero. -Flipper. Like Apollo from Robot Wars. -Heard of Battlebots Explained? He has a bot called Switchblade but it isnt elecctronic. It has a spinning bar, but it can turn the bars frame so it can be horizontal or vertical. two wheeled. Would be cool. -Lifting forks bot. Two or four wheeled and fast. Great control bot. Those are my idea
Thanks for the input, I'm always running out of ideas and I am open to try anyone's suggestions and I'll make some of these guys at some point. I am actually currently planning to make a pneumatic flipper very similar to Subzero, although I can't yet confirm if I will be able to put together a bot like this.
the ultimate form of flipper bot should be like hydra, bronco has exposed wheels, subzero and blip are both too high and has large side areas, another possibility is to have double primary weapon like fusion, something like single disc spinner&string powered flipper, the only problem is how to organise inner motors...anyway this will be interesting
Meat's weapon is a new asymmetrical bar that turned out pretty well. The way it is built it can just slightly bend when at full speed while Meat turns. It's actually more likely to break in half than to come off completely.
I love huge vertical spinners too. I'm not going to be making a huge disk spinner for a long time though because I already have 2 built. They fight each other twice in this video: th-cam.com/video/iPEsL-YW4t0/w-d-xo.html
I use the Lego Power Functions motors, battery packs, and receivers. A few of my robots have 3rd party batteries to push the Lego motors to their real limits.
Meat is a really impressive robot, especially the drive setup and it's capabiluty to constistantly outwedge other bots kinda amaze me given neither the drive setup nor the wedge look that impressive at first glance. Are you using a buwizz to power it? Also that it can self right is very impressive, my bots can usually only self right with a disc, especially when the weapon isn't spun up.
Yes for Meat I do use a Buwizz, although I've never set it to full power. When set upside down Meat can drive using his rear wheels, and because of his speed, when he suddenly changes direction he self rights. Thank you, I also really like your bot Gyrotar!
@@outworkrobotics Thanks! Gyrotar is kinda my main bot lol, it's weapon is immensely powerful thanks to lots of testing etc. Also it never runs on Ludicrous either, buggy motors just draw too much current to work reliably on ludicrous.
@@outworkrobotics it will actually be entering Battlebricks, but kinda like Last Rites and Tombstone are almost the same bot for different tournaments, the version of Gyrotar entering Battlebricks will be called Rupture and feature a black and green colour scheme, not unlike 2019 Cobalt.
It was definitely really close and could've gone either way. Our reasoning to the decision was that Cosmic's weapon couldn't reach half power because it had taken so much damage from Corny, while Corny's weapon had sustained much less damage and broke on self inflicted damage.
I think Meat has officially become the Bite Force of this channel.
Yes and corny is tombstone
Note
These bots have the same sucess as the robot they look like
More like uppercut in weapon looks
he is tooo overpowered
i think its even stronger than bite force, bite force lost the fight against chomp but meat is undefeated yet
Fire up: Never been knocked out before
America: *im about to end this mans whole career*
Meat few seconds later…..aaaaaaaand now is your turn
@@_Its_a_me_luca_ at least America was mobile for awhile longer
What are the odds that America hit Fire Up’s receiver on the first hit?
Probably one in the number of pieces in the robot I’m guessing.
Justice for Cosmic he shoulda won vs Corny
Meat is unstoppable. It needs someone to give it a challenge.
Lets hope he makes a replica of a real life battlebot
Cosmic could have challenged it
@@ryanamburgy2791 nah cosmic will be nothing but loose bricks
an effective wedge is enough for it, just keep that disc in low speed by ramming fast and attack the power chain at the right

I can see the weapon of MEAT flexing as the robot turns, it looks like it is going to snap off.

How often do you break pieces doing this kind of thing?
Parts are broken or at least damaged about 1-3 times a video on average. (Full video, not just one fight.)
@@outworkrobotics
Each video, one to three on average
Damn Lego is more durable than I realize
I like how in the middle of the arena there’s a smiley face
Lol
meat vs cyberant was a bloodbath of a fight
Meat is like the
op tombstone back in the day
America: has very good weapon. Meat: Im
about to end this mans career
Thanks TH-cam for this amazing recommendation
I have a request. Could you build a bot similar to nightmare and backlash? Something about those OVERSIZED blades just makes those bots so awesome.

Cyber ant got cyber bullied
Lol
I get the joke.
He got stepped on and turned into minced meat by meat
what lego mechanics parts do you make these with???

Meat Is The Emulsifier And Bite Force Of The Battlebots
I actually like the look of America better just as a wedge bot, and it would be cool to see the next iteration of it as an undercutter
Was i the only one seing the fotage..."glitching", during the second semifinal?
You’re not the only one😅
Best video ever

Legozor couldve beat Corny if it were faster.
