I've found if a seat is blowing fuses chances are its got a half cut wire inside but it was working when you left so not much more you can do if it's a 'while your here' job. 👍

Thanks for the video. Not like 20 years ago hand written, cameras with film & faxes. O no cell reception would have to find a land line. But the jobs got done. You keep up the good work & good videos.

Great video, yeh im with you on the fuse job, i hate not finding the problem, but i think machines are like us going to the doctors, we have a sore arm go into the doctor and the arms not sore, machine are the same they know when the mechanic is there and they stop blowing fuses or making that strange squeak but as soon as you leave they do the fault again!

Well said Ali, it’s the same whatever for all us mobile engineers, management don’t understand why we do & how we go about it. Good read on internet is “The Art of Trouble Shooting” 🙏👍

Cheers Ali, no problem, it is what it is. The job is demanding of your time, it always was and probably will continue to be despite improvements. All the best for now.

Hello again young.fellow. As to your earlier job of drilling out 12 grade track frame bolts, it could be worth obtaining carbide tipped anular cutter from a good engineering tool supplier to go into your mag drill, higher tensile material tend to work garden without constant feed pressure, also again on the topic of cutting lubricant a high pressure lubricant again from your engineering tool supplier is worth looking into, I know you don't do the job that often but it's worth having everything set.in your favour before you get into problems.
    Regards
    Lyndon
PS: I used to work in a quarry and then a pressed concrete works (Marshalls concrete building products) so I do know what it's like to struggle with awkward jobs, always wear.eye protection when drilling.

Admin 😤 sometimes it feels like your doing office work instead of actual job. A.I. Needed to fill in. Nowadays GPS tracking, photo evidence logging, risk assessments, method statements management. Poor guy with spanner 🔧 always seems like actual job is on back burner with customers 😅 progress. 🤔 good luck with future robots 🤖

Why don’t some operators not run a duster over their machines at the end of the day ? Once they get filthy they’ll never bother after that. 5 minutes that’s all it takes, I know it’s a mucky environment to work in but a few moments cleaning at the end of the day isn’t rocket science. Rant over 😎

I’d be on your side of the fence stay on top of it and it’s less of a job to do some folk are like that others arn’t usually machines with multiple guys on and off it
