- Dr. Aditi Nerurkar, a primary care doctor and the Director of the CHENG-TSUI Integrated Health Center at BIDMC, is an expert in treating stress. To help reduce stress, she recommends that her patients meditate for five minutes twice a day.
I used this video a lot of times as a guided meditation for me. It really helped me a lot when dealing with some panic attack thing I had been dealing with.

Love it! I've been trying to do this at least several times a week, and working towards making it a dailyhabit. I have found this meditation very, very helpful!
