This part that we are shown is the tourist area and of course this is beautiful. After all more than 50% of their money comes from tourism but....... when you go outside this area there is a lot of poverty

I think that they live like we do except that tourism drives everything. I wonder about the people I met that needed the cruise industry for income. Praying for them.

The Bahamas looks beautiful. But I would be bored living there because there are no mountains no rivers no valley no caves no waterfalls no lakes nothing of natural beauty. But it still beautiful
BAHAMAS is a super poor country ....i have vacationed there over 15 times im very familiar with Nassau and MAJORITY of their revenue is tourism...they will be completely in POVERTY if it wasn't for tourists....BEAUTIFUL ISLAND LOVE IT
