As a kid, I loved the game, but never got past the forth tower... today, I played it with ccs64 load/save shortkeys, AND with unlimited time... (but I only saved it when I got stuck at very hard sections) It STILL took me 2 hours. :) The controlling is VERY hard, compared to today's standards. But, I learned today: it's doable. With approximately 40 hours of training. :D Very impressive longplay! Oh, and: thx. I got completely stuck at one point, and had to seek out a (your) longplay... turns out, some elevators can have THREE levels... :) I didn't know that.
I thinking that a lot of people were amazed by Fez idea :) ""In nature, nothing is created and nothing is destroyed, but everything is transformed"" :)
It certainly is strange to see Commodore 64 games at this level of image quality. Not quite the same experience as way back then!... but wonderful, nevertheless. Thanks for the many great uploads throughout the years. Oh, and by the way... have you thought of uploading a making-of video? I'd like to see the process.
Even more impressed now I know he coded it and did the GFX and SFX! Bloody hell.
Such a good game that plays really well, even today.
GOD the MEMORIES. Sensations from my childhood and our old home come instantly rushing in as soon as that music starts 🥲
I remember this one. Never finished it.
Was amazed by this back in the day. Still the most innovative game ever IMHO. JMP was a bit like Michael Knight; one man CAN make a difference!
Oh, this game is so mean, I remember it from my childhood. Very impressive to LP it!
You make this look easy
Man. It’s a good bloody game, isn’t it?
It surprised me just how good it still is. Zzap gave it 97% - probably about right for the time.

Goddamn. This is more impressive than the sections of Skyblazer and Super Ghouls and Ghosts that were inspired by it.
thats impressive!
This looks amazing

Big like drop 👍 Old Nerd supporting 😉
looks brilliant for the c64, had this for the Atari ST.
Cinco videojuegos juegos
There is an Atari 7800 version of this too isn't there?
Yes - the screenshots don't look particularly impressive though.
@@AL82RetrogamingLongplays Ah.
do you do games reviews?
I'll occasionally write reviews for sites, but I don't do video reviews.
