- 2 to 4 pork chops, bone-in or just loin chops
Dijon Mustard
Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush the chops with the mustard.
Place the bread crumbs and paprika in a zip lock bag. Put one chop at a time in the bag and shake to cover it with the crumbs. Place onto a foil lined baking sheet for easy clean-up. Or on a rack on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Amy, you are just too pretty for words with such a gigantic personality to match. One wonderful thing about your recipes, I can walk to my kitchen after watching one of your yummy recipes and I do have all ingredients to make whatever the recipe! So in addition to yummy tasteful, recipes are ingredient friendly. That is a good thing. Few years ago, I transferred all foods that would go into glass containers because I was tired of throwing away food that little animals would bit into stored foods and I would toss out. All about the GLASS for storage.

I can just hear my daddy praying at dinner or supper time. He sounds a lot like John does. No one knows how much you will miss things like that until you do.
Oh Tina I do miss hearing my grandparents praying. John's papaw would pray a very similar prayer too. true stuff girl.

I remember the Crisco commercial too! Loretta would say "it will do you right ever time" that was another good one.

Just saw this about the shake and bake pork chops and yes I remember that commercial WELL. WEEK before last I made some s/b pork chops myself. Added paprika/pepper with an egg, beat it well and dredged pork chops through egg mixture before I added the bread crumbs. I was good to me and my boyfriend of course thinks everything I cook is the bomb just like John your husband..He's a Paramedic 🚑 and working today so I watched some more of your videos... I see you are a Brenda Gantt Fan also and I tried her cabbage casserole last week (minus the cheese) and it was 😋 🤤... Have a wonderful evening..

I had Covid pneumonia in Jan and spent the whole month in there (29 days) and still dealing w/the side effects. In the past two wks and continues I am losing soooo much hair, about 1/2 so far. Kidney failure. Soon as some heals it something else starts. Right now seems like I may be relapsing with the pneumonia 😕but just keep me in your prayers and we’ll pull thru this long haul🙏. Pork chops look AWESOME ❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Oh my goodness Ace is getting so big! I remember when you first showed him to us!! He is so cute ☺️. The new calf almost resembles him too. Love the recipe and it sure does remind me of my childhood when my mom needed a quick dinner to pull together on those school nights. I can’t believe I forgot all about those shake and bake meals! This is why I love when you post seriously because sometimes I need those quick, but delicious meals on those busy nights. I’m sure my boys are going to love this one 💜💛

Oh Amy, girl you’ve done it again. I’m not hungry…it is 4:16 am…..but everything you made are things I love. Your cornbread made my mouth water. I like it with Lima beans too. The potatoes have to be so good. When I make Hamburger Soup I use Veg All and I use to cut up a large potato to add a little more. Then I tried the canned diced potatoes and a can of them added to my soup is great and much quicker. I rem Shake n Bake. Your chops looked so tender yet crunchy on the outside. I would definitely call this supper a home run! Love the little white faced calf. So precious! I have some good news…I woke up this morning and I felt so much better. So today has been a good day and Lord knows I’m thankful. Still hoping I will be able to make your Ravioli Lasagna Bake for my family with a salad and garlic bread. For my birthday I want to do something for my family. I will take pictures if I make it and show you how it turned out. It’s been a long time since I’ve cooked anything. Cross your fingers.
