Colourpop, if you're watching this, Angie is not the only one who loves Prance and wishes you'd bring it back! Does anyone know if the pale blue liner from Oden's Eye is comparable?
I have it but I have never owned prance, so hard fof me to compare, but I feel when Angie uses Prance, its a much more vibrant blue. When I use the Oden's eye blue, it looks more like just a hint of blue if that helps. Its still pretty but I wouldn't call them interchangeable.

Fun ranking! My All Amethyst palette remains my biggest disappointment of 2022. The one I have performs exactly how you describe😢 the colors apply poorly and disappear on my eyeballs after like 4 hours, with primer and glitter glue. It’s such a shame because I thought it would be the perfect color story. But to be fair, I’m so glad I purchased Orchid You Not. Two complete opposites.

Your thumbnail had me worried! 😂 Orchid you Not and High Tide are my favorite CP palettes. They’re so delicious. I asked my brother for the eyeliner vault for xmas (hopefully he bought it today), and I double checked that Prance was in it 😂 I need more pop-y colors for my waterline, so I think that has a nice variety. Their powder blush formula is so underrated! I love the SS blush and highlighter, but the powders blend so easy!

Problem with the cream blush sticks is that they changed the formula. It used to be more stiff, now it’s more glossy and less pigmented. I don’t like them anymore, but the super shock blushes are pretty nice. They just don’t release new shades all the time - and I prefer matte because the shimmer can look chunky if it’s not blended well.
I think a lot of people were setting the stick blushes with powder and for me personally it was wayyyyy too extra with the coral color blush lol I got a baby pink one and I like the more sheer formula so I can set it with powder.
Love all your recommendations I must say I love my “ Stone Cold Fox “ palette . I use it as my base and then have my complimentary palettes I am definitely a cool tone wearer . So I always know I have my transition , outer corner , inner corner covered in my cool tones so I can grab any palette that catches my eye wether it goes light to dark etc It’s got to be my favourite and most relied on palette. Annette has been using the supershock bronzer like in every single video since she tried it. I think that says a lot about a product. Not that she typically reviews face products but having tons of makeup and continuing to reach for 1 item leads me to believe it's amazing.
I agree with you on those eye shadow color stix. I have two them myself in the brown and lilac shades. I only used them once. And quickly realized, if you really want to get some serious shade on your eyes you have to press somewhat hard and go over it multiple times. And it still wants to fight you. It sucks cause I wanted to like them soooo bad.
Fully agree on the shellshocked palette, I actually kind of hated it lmao. The color story is so pretty but the shades are so sheer and bland and just don’t look good on the eye
The hold that Colourpop has on me….. My boyfriend says he’s SO glad I’m vegan because it limits what I will buy! 😂 There have been some serious non-vegan heartbreaks in there though…
With how good the lip oils are, no one should ever buy the lipgloss 😅 I’m a fan of the lip stains too. Their felt tip products seem to be hit or miss, whether you get a good one or a dried out one
Yes! I love their stains too. I feel like the glossy part of the stain lasts longer than some way more expensive ones I have tried. I add one layer, let it dry then add a second and the effect is sooo pretty 😍
Really loved this video! I really like videos where you also mention which products to avoid and which products to get instead. I actually own the same lux lip oil and the party proof primer. I agree with you that the primer doesn't do much. I wonder which eye primers you would recommend? The lip oil feels nice on the lips, but I think it tastes really siliconey and the packaging leaks so bad. Not only when I put it in my bag, it even leaks product when standing up?? So I don't think I'll be buying that one again hahaha
I have really sensitive eyes and I use a Colour Stix on my lower lash line almost every day. They prevent me from getting watery eyes that ruin my look
I'm super bummed that Stone Cold Fox wasn't a favorite - I love mine! I haven't come across any duds in my palette thankfully. If people want a smaller cool toned, their That's Taupe 9 pan is also amazing!
Those Glowy Lip Balms are fantastic! Colourpop needs to amp the color selection up for those. They 100x win over those Tarte Maracuja balms everyone raves about.
Agree with a lot, except for the Cheek Dews (which I looove, but it could definitely be because I dont wear foundation!) also, their primers and sprays are killer :D
I agree with most of these (loooove supershock cheeks, Prance, and Graceland) but I had *terrible* luck with eyeshadow quads - especially the mattes in more colourful quads (except reds/pinks). Maybe I just got a bad batch but they do seem having quality control issues. Also hinges on a lot of plastic eyeshadow palettes have been creaky/stiff or broken.

I love the lux glosses. i use them as a lip mask overnight or as a thick treatment when my lips are chapped. totally get why people dont like them but I hope they dont discontinue the formula!
I, personally, LOVE the Party Proof primer. It makes my eyeshadow last basically until I take it off. I agree, though, that it results in a dryer base that makes eyeshadows more blendable but you also have to build them up. Which is how I like to do it. I love the idea of their Just A Tint lipbalms but I cannot stand the scent. LOVE their lip oils! But the colours all look pretty much the same, so there's no need to have more than 1 or 2, imo. I think Stone Cold Fox as a palette by itself lacks variety, but I love using it when I make custom singles palettes (e.g. for brides). Worst CP products for me were their false lashes and their BFF mascara. The falsies have very thick, stiff lash bands and are very hard to get on looking good, imo. I loved the idea of coloured mascara and was so excited when CP launched the BFF mascaras, but the formula is extremely dry and doesn't really build up. A favourite CP product are their lippie stix. Great colour pay off and with lipbalm underneath, extremely comfortable. I also love skinnier lip sticks because I have thin lips.
The Muppets collection is calling to me and the new vault. The light pink super shock from the tinkerbell collection has that problem for me, where I can't pick it up no matter what I do and it will NOT appear on the eyes. I guess there's nothing to do but declutter it. Alas.

I wanna join the clown party and try the SS blush and bronzer formula. I mostly have CP eyeshadow palettes and a few lip products but would like to try more things from them.
I keep wondering about the ColourPop super shock bronzers. I ordered mine and I think it came dried up. I couldn't get it on the brush or sponge very well, and it was impossible to apply and blend out. I ran my finger across the top and I only got a tiny amount of pigment (and I pressed hard!) I sprayed a small amount of dry oil into the bronzer and it finally started working. I think I got a bad batch. But those lip oils! YUMMY! I have completely used up 2 of them this year.
Love the Orchid You Not palette! BUT! 2 of the dark mauve pinks look the same on the eye so I wish one was replaced with a light mutted/dusty purple. I ended up buying a single shadow from colourpop so I could pair with the palette. BUT the annoying thing is the single shadows and 9- pan sizes are different so I couldn't swap out the colors....
This was a good video. I did try and adore the lip crayon from High School Musical. Red lipstick looks so raunchy on me and this crayon was perfect ❤️.

Have you used the shimmery supershock blushes? The one I have feels nothing like the highlighter or the eyeshadow. It's so dry and crumbling, I seriously hate it. I feel like mine was either defective or dried out before I ever got it.
I had a colourpop blush stix thing that I just decluttered because it was so stuff. I tried it once and lifted underneath because I tried drawing right on my face and it was a mistake lol.
I really like the colors on the Orchid You Not one, but the shadows always end up breaking on me on that palette. I have not had that happen with other Colourpop palettes, just that one.
I love your eye look! I’m on a no buy and then CP dropped that they are releasing a it’s a small world palette. I work at WDW and I might have to pretend I’m not on a no buy.
I tried a blue BFF Liquid Liner and it was awful. I tried using it to do top eyeliner and it was hard/uncomfortable and barely any product came out even after I layered it a few times. Thankfully, I've found that Moira Cosmetics & City Color Cosmetics make great liquid color eyeliners. I do love the Chiffon & All Laced Up super shock blushes though! They are very beautiful 🥰
That's so weird about the amethyst palette, mine is really good quality so I guess I got the lucky batch 😅 It's a fave because that's my birthstone AND favorite color 😎💜

I am going to try the glowing lip in the Muppet release. I love the lip oils too and I want to try a different color like the hot spark one. My favorite products are the super shock eyeshadows. I noticed the lip gloss aren't the best. I have a hit or miss with the shadows.
The C3P0 palette is fantastic. If you had told me that I would like a yellow and brown palette, I would have asked you about your last CAT scan. I LOVE it.
I cant stand nudes in ANY form, but colorpop is excellent with their lipsticks the reds the pinks, heck, all the colours i just look dead in nudes, i have olive skin so i NEED color but u look beautiful with any nude lip, thank you for all the advice 😘
Haven't bought anythig from CP since the collab with RawBeautyKristi. I just had to support Kristi and luckily the palette was great quality. I have some other items from that collab as well and also from the Disney Villains collection which I also liked. My experiences have all been good, but I'm really disliking this fast fashion makeup...
The Pretty Fresh Primer didn't work for me because it was so thick and it made Natasha Denona, look patchy and when blending it was. " Like uhm I no like dee eyes! NONO eyeyaiyai!" OK now I am being silly! (Check out America's Got Talent for the Talking dog ventriloquist). 😆 I love their eyeshadow formulas but for Glitter ones. My in The Limelight, Barbie Collab and Plush Like Me as well as the other 20 palettes. LOL
I've heard the party proof is like the milk eye primer. I need full coverage eye primer because my eyelids are so veiny like they appear purple and red lol.
I really wish the ulta near me got more colourpop and new releases in a timely fashion. It still carries all the palettes that were really popular when they still had pressed glitters in every palette. The coral one I like but still, truly madly deeply I think is one, all pinkish colors with pressed glitter. Every once in awhile they'll add a newer release for a couple minutes, months after they've been released lol. I also wish they had some SOL body products and 4th ray I think is affiliated with them, idk but it's a terrible selection so I rarely buy or like colourpop.
I think the point that the Colourpop collab palettes are the same good quality is important considering many brands use a different formula for that, namely BH Cosmetics. Too Faced is notorious for awful quality Christmas palettes, not that I buy their stuff anyway.
I bought the entire set of little monochrome eyeshadow 9 pans last year for the blue moon palette. The blue moon palette arrived completely shattered in the order and it was the only thing broken lmao. They replaced it and I literally just decluttered all of the other palettes after never using any of them even once.
I have had a cheek dew product for a couple months, just picked it up and it looks moldy and just gross in the tube, definitely would not recommend! Just picked up a hela palette and Whistler's snow lodge!! ❤
Ugh, I made the mistake of buying the All Amethyst palette. The two dark purples in the bottom row work fine, and the rest is at best meh and at worst unworkable. The shade Feb's Gem needs to be scraped with a sewing pin in order to even work. I did buy the Orchid You Not during the Black Friday sale, so I'm glad to hear that the quality is good.
Colourpop used to have the ultra glossy lip glosses and they were amazing. Then they discontinued them and brought out the lux gloss line and they are garbage.
I like the serum and stick blushes but I have dry skin and I don't wear foundation. I totally get that they aren't for everyone but the stick blushes are my favorite blush formula from any brand. The serum blush is fine but I've tried better liquid blushes. I have a red shade and it separates a little bit I've heard the other colors are a nightmare.
Am I the only one that likes party proof primer , I have oily skin and my shadows stay put using this. I also tried the sigma primer which is one of your favourites …my shadows disappeared within a couple of hours 🤷♀️
And yet, if you notice the product reviews on the website almost all of them are rated 5 stars, you rarely see a 4 stars!🤨 Either Colourpop's products are all aahhmazing!!!...or something smells fishy in those ratings!...💩or👑

I sprayed a small amount of dry oil into the bronzer and it finally started working. I think I got a bad batch.
But those lip oils! YUMMY! I have completely used up 2 of them this year.
Love the Orchid You Not palette! BUT! 2 of the dark mauve pinks look the same on the eye so I wish one was replaced with a light mutted/dusty purple. I ended up buying a single shadow from colourpop so I could pair with the palette. BUT the annoying thing is the single shadows and 9- pan sizes are different so I couldn't swap out the colors....
This was a good video. I did try and adore the lip crayon from High School Musical. Red lipstick looks so raunchy on me and this crayon was perfect ❤️.
I need a red blush. I have mauve, pink and like coral and that's it. I apparently just gravitate towards those colors.

Have you used the shimmery supershock blushes? The one I have feels nothing like the highlighter or the eyeshadow. It's so dry and crumbling, I seriously hate it. I feel like mine was either defective or dried out before I ever got it.
I waited and got the matte about hue pallete and brush roll. Im excited! That was the extent of my black friday shopping lol!

I had a colourpop blush stix thing that I just decluttered because it was so stuff. I tried it once and lifted underneath because I tried drawing right on my face and it was a mistake lol.
I really like the colors on the Orchid You Not one, but the shadows always end up breaking on me on that palette. I have not had that happen with other Colourpop palettes, just that one.

I tried a blue BFF Liquid Liner and it was awful. I tried using it to do top eyeliner and it was hard/uncomfortable and barely any product came out even after I layered it a few times. Thankfully, I've found that Moira Cosmetics & City Color Cosmetics make great liquid color eyeliners. I do love the Chiffon & All Laced Up super shock blushes though! They are very beautiful 🥰

oh I dont think any of my cream products from them has ever gone bad actually, and some of my super shocks are like 4 years old haha
I am going to try the glowing lip in the Muppet release. I love the lip oils too and I want to try a different color like the hot spark one. My favorite products are the super shock eyeshadows. I noticed the lip gloss aren't the best. I have a hit or miss with the shadows.
The C3P0 palette is fantastic. If you had told me that I would like a yellow and brown palette, I would have asked you about your last CAT scan. I LOVE it.
I cant stand nudes in ANY form, but colorpop is excellent with their lipsticks the reds the pinks, heck, all the colours

Haven't bought anythig from CP since the collab with RawBeautyKristi. I just had to support Kristi and luckily the palette was great quality. I have some other items from that collab as well and also from the Disney Villains collection which I also liked. My experiences have all been good, but I'm really disliking this fast fashion makeup...

The Pretty Fresh Primer didn't work for me because it was so thick and it made Natasha Denona, look patchy and when blending it was. " Like uhm I no like dee eyes! NONO eyeyaiyai!" OK now I am being silly! (Check out America's Got Talent for the Talking dog ventriloquist). 😆 I love their eyeshadow formulas but for Glitter ones. My in The Limelight, Barbie Collab and Plush Like Me as well as the other 20 palettes. LOL
I've heard the party proof is like the milk eye primer. I need full coverage eye primer because my eyelids are so veiny like they appear purple and red lol.

I really wish the ulta near me got more colourpop and new releases in a timely fashion. It still carries all the palettes that were really popular when they still had pressed glitters in every palette. The coral one I like but still, truly madly deeply I think is one, all pinkish colors with pressed glitter. Every once in awhile they'll add a newer release for a couple minutes, months after they've been released lol. I also wish they had some SOL body products and 4th ray I think is affiliated with them, idk but it's a terrible selection so I rarely buy or like colourpop.
I think the point that the Colourpop collab palettes are the same good quality is important considering many brands use a different formula for that, namely BH Cosmetics. Too Faced is notorious for awful quality Christmas palettes, not that I buy their stuff anyway.
I got the new Hocus Pocus pallette and indeed got 2 hard pressed shimmers, the green and orange one and it was a bummer...
I bought the entire set of little monochrome eyeshadow 9 pans last year for the blue moon palette. The blue moon palette arrived completely shattered in the order and it was the only thing broken lmao. They replaced it and I literally just decluttered all of the other palettes after never using any of them even once.
I bought 6 of the muppets collab for the Queen & Princesses & got myself the Hocus Pocus 2 set and the NBA Celtic & the Dallas set of blue.
I have had a cheek dew product for a couple months, just picked it up and it looks moldy and just gross in the tube, definitely would not recommend! Just picked up a hela palette and Whistler's snow lodge!! ❤
Ugh, I made the mistake of buying the All Amethyst palette. The two dark purples in the bottom row work fine, and the rest is at best meh and at worst unworkable. The shade Feb's Gem needs to be scraped with a sewing pin in order to even work. I did buy the Orchid You Not during the Black Friday sale, so I'm glad to hear that the quality is good.
Colourpop used to have the ultra glossy lip glosses and they were amazing. Then they discontinued them and brought out the lux gloss line and they are garbage.

I like the serum and stick blushes but I have dry skin and I don't wear foundation. I totally get that they aren't for everyone but the stick blushes are my favorite blush formula from any brand. The serum blush is fine but I've tried better liquid blushes. I have a red shade and it separates a little bit I've heard the other colors are a nightmare.
Am I the only one that likes party proof primer , I have oily skin and my shadows stay put using this. I also tried the sigma primer which is one of your favourites …my shadows disappeared within a couple of hours 🤷♀️
I don't love the Sigma eye primer either! I thought I was the only one! Makes my shadows crease more than any other primer I use.
I think i am the only person that i've never pulled the trigger with Colourpop 😅, but anyway i love reccomandations! 🤗
And yet, if you notice the product reviews on the website almost all of them are rated 5 stars, you rarely see a 4 stars!🤨
Either Colourpop's products are all aahhmazing!!!...or something smells fishy in those ratings!...💩or👑
