I recently tried Colourpop mascara, just to try it and whoa I was very impressed ! Did not expect it at all. So ran back and ordered some more. Talking about Level Up mascara. It does lengthen the lashes so noticably, now Im curious to try more of CP mascara lol. Never ever thought Id buy mascara from CP but here you go. So check it out too if youre looking for a new one.

One thing I've found is that if you're willing to mess up the packaging - the pans in the palettes are not glued in they are magnetic - even if they don't have the little holes in the back. What I want to try is getting a large strong magnet to see if I can lift them out without messing up the packaging. Anyways, that's why I prefer ColorPop to Moira. I always destroy the palettes and the matte shades when I try to curate my Moira palettes. Love the lip recommendations as well. Take care and have a great Thanksgiving everybody!
Use any magnet- even one from the fridge. It doesn't take a lot to get them out. Best of all, if you cut out the part of the palette that surrounds the shadows but leave the magnet below intact, you have a new magnetic palette to use for whatever singles you want. Win-win-win!
I've been adding and removing and adding again SO many things to my cart for the past 2 days, lol. Currently have the Troublemaker palette, Of Quartz palette, Prenup super shock blush, G2G super shock blush, 3rd St super shock shadow and the teal mascara in my cart. So hard to decide!

The That’s Taupe palette is my all time favorite! it’s my go to when I need a quick and easy look and it’s one of the few palettes that I actually love and use every shade 🥰

My favorite 9-pans are The Child and Wild Child! I probably have 8 of their 9-pans, and those two are above and beyond. Don’t be afraid of the deep tones in Wild Child if you’re considering it, because they blend like a dream and the tones are just perfection. (I’m pale to light with green eyes btw.) Sequin is also an underrated supershock shadow imo. If you’re looking for a copper shade with a “wow” factor, especially if you have green eyes, just get it!! The supershock blush in Brut Flute is excellent as well. For lighter-toned skin at least, it’s the perfect balance of pigmentation and glow. My last recommendation for the no one who asked 😂 is for the Pretty Fresh concealer, but I actually use it mixed with the Missha BB Cream as my base. It is the best balance for me, as the Missha is too dewy for me on its own, and the concealer with it makes the perfect satin/natural finish for me (but with good coverage).
I just bought the fade into hue set with brushes. I know you didn't recommend that particular one , but thanks for letting me know about this great sale.! $40 for both. I usually don't buy LARGE palettes but being int art I can do alot with this one. Luv ya Jen.
I just bought the new colourpop Aurora struck pallet and I really love it! I got two of the Lippie stixs I had never tried colourpops lipsticks before and the colors are beautiful really pigmented but it transfers so bad onto my hands or anything else all throughout the day and the only type of lipstick I want to wear is one that is going to stay on my lips! My wear test is I'll put a new lipstick on it night and if it's still there the next morning and not on my pillow or anything else then it's a keeper

Awesome video! I picked up the That's Taupe palette and all of the 9-pan Star Wars palettes yesterday. I grabbed the Stone Cold Fox palette from Ulta (50% off), so I'm not sure if I'll pick up a brush & mega palette today. I've never tried the super shocks, so I don't know if I'll place an order of those when they go on sale.

I like how you mentioned the highlighter works for your skin type, tone rather than generalizing that it works for lighter skin tones, dry skin type. It shows your intention as to reason with why you like it and not influencing into buying it.

Speaking of Colourpop, I have to repurchase the Nude Mood Palette since mine is old like two years. I have Nude Mood, That's Taupe, Blush Crush, Making Mauves, By The Rose and Lust For Dusk eyeshadow palettes. I love the Colourpop Pretty Fresh Line such as Tinted Moisturizer, Foundation, Concealer and Powder. I love the Super Shock Cheek in the shade birthday suit which is let's jet. I recently went to Target to pick up the Gorgeous Gorgeous Super Shock Duo which includes the Super Shock Shadows in shades Rooftop Cocktails and LA Mesa. I still have Colourpop's old lipsticks and a lot are discontinued.
Great video, Jen! I love the ColourPop lip pencils! They are the “Goldilocks” of lip pencils for me-perfectly creamy but just waxy enough to last and they sharpen really well! Also an amazing color selection!

My favorite CP palette by far is the Child, my opinion the best one I have ever tried. I do have some CP singles that I really enjoy as well, Snake Eyes, Lush, Da Coco, and others. Like someone said below I cannot use shadows with carmine so I am somewhat limited in what I can buy from CP and while I don't buy as much from CP than I used to, the items mentioned above I really enjoy. When I was younger, I LOVED makeup (this was before social media/internet/youtube etc). Due to life happenings I had fallen out of beauty world. My teen daughter is now asking for makeup, and my long lost love of beauty and makeup has re-surged (and oh my goodness, Explosion of makeup and beauty I am in LOVE!). On black friday I purchased my first few things of color pop for my daughter and I. How often do they have sales? (Not that the prices are bad, I love them, haha maybe a bit too much) But I am wondering should I wait for things to go on sale? Do they go on sale often and usually how much? Like right now I see a flash sale of 25% off various things. I have my eye on the Bare Necessities and Aurora. My daughter really, really wants the trouble maker but each time I go it is out of stock. It sounds like color pop is going to be great for us, that it is great quality, good prices, and she can have her gothy grunge looks and I can have my (lol pretty princess and neutral looks). But will still be so much fun together, but oh my goodness they have SO much! Just a tad overwhelmed of what to get and but long over due to start this dive- just need to learn when it is a good time to buy or do things just go out of stock right after they are listed, etc? PS LOVE your channel. Since I have been starting this adventure I have been binging videos and subbed to your channel!

I can’t recommend Of Quartz enough. It has actual grays in it (not taupes) and makes That’s Taupe look downright neutral! 😂
Their cream gel liners are insanely creamy, blendable and pigmented. Best purchase was thier "big eye energy" set

Speaking of Colourpop, I have to repurchase the Nude Mood Palette since mine is old like two years. I have Nude Mood, That's Taupe, Blush Crush, Making Mauves, By The Rose and Lust For Dusk eyeshadow palettes. I love the Colourpop Pretty Fresh Line such as Tinted Moisturizer, Foundation, Concealer and Powder. I love the Super Shock Cheek in the shade birthday suit which is let's jet. I recently went to Target to pick up the Gorgeous Gorgeous Super Shock Duo which includes the Super Shock Shadows in shades Rooftop Cocktails and LA Mesa. I still have Colourpop's old lipsticks and a lot are discontinued.
Great video, Jen! I love the ColourPop lip pencils! They are the “Goldilocks” of lip pencils for me-perfectly creamy but just waxy enough to last and they sharpen really well! Also an amazing color selection!

I just got the Lust For Dusk and Sweet Talk yesterday at Ulta and I am not disappointed! The Sweet Talk was only $9 and Lust For Dusk was $12!
I have some of the Colourpop blushes, they really are so good and I just blend them with my finger, they blend really easy…

Hi Jen, Colourpop has great palettes and I have all of their big ones already and lots of the 9 pan smaller ones too. My niece had just had her first baby so I was buying for her and me too. I got more Colourpop palettes than any other kind and most of Juvia's Place too. Sure would have been great if they had been on sale then too. LOL. My favorite CP palette by far is the Child, my opinion the best one I have ever tried. I do have some CP singles that I really enjoy as well, Snake Eyes, Lush, Da Coco, and others. Like someone said below I cannot use shadows with carmine so I am somewhat limited in what I can buy from CP and while I don't buy as much from CP than I used to, the items mentioned above I really enjoy. When I was younger, I LOVED makeup (this was before social media/internet/youtube etc). Due to life happenings I had fallen out of beauty world. My teen daughter is now asking for makeup, and my long lost love of beauty and makeup has re-surged (and oh my goodness, Explosion of makeup and beauty I am in LOVE!). On black friday I purchased my first few things of color pop for my daughter and I. How often do they have sales? (Not that the prices are bad, I love them, haha maybe a bit too much) But I am wondering should I wait for things to go on sale? Do they go on sale often and usually how much? Like right now I see a flash sale of 25% off various things. I have my eye on the Bare Necessities and Aurora. My daughter really, really wants the trouble maker but each time I go it is out of stock. It sounds like color pop is going to be great for us, that it is great quality, good prices, and she can have her gothy grunge looks and I can have my (lol pretty princess and neutral looks). But will still be so much fun together, but oh my goodness they have SO much! Just a tad overwhelmed of what to get and but long over due to start this dive- just need to learn when it is a good time to buy or do things just go out of stock right after they are listed, etc? PS LOVE your channel. Since I have been starting this adventure I have been binging videos and subbed to your channel!

I ended up getting High Tide at Ulta because it was cheaper there. I am waiting for the Super Shock sale but can’t decide which ones I actually need. I want a couple of the Muppets Glowing Lips but they aren’t included in the sale.
Ugh that stinks that the Muppets aren't included! I have High Tide and it's beautiful! I just don't weat blues that often but I got it on a vacation (they had an Ulta where I was and I couldn't resist).
