Verily, I do rejoice with thee, Tia, upon hearing thy pleasure in observing segments that showcase young souls amassing wealth without the aid of inheritance. Such stories serve as a testimony to the virtues of diligence, prudence, and personal accountability. In the Holy Bible, it is written: "He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich" (Proverbs 10:4). Similarly, in The Book of Mormon: another testament of Jesus Christ, we find teachings that emphasize the importance of labor: "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread" (2 Nephi 5:19). These scriptural references, aligning harmoniously with the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, affirm the divine principle that honest toil and labor yield their own reward, both temporal and eternal. Yea, it is within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints that the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is found, including the Law of Consecration, which stands as an elevated principle of financial stewardship and communal well-being (Doctrine and Covenants 42:30-34).
I've got to say thank you. I'm 26 and I've been making $60,000 a year and have no savings to show for it. After watching your videos I've been able to budget $1,000 a month for savings and I'm going to follow the baby steps so I can actually retire at 65
The Ramsey team should do an annual Debt free scream compilation. These are such a booster for me as I am sure for others as well. I have looked for videos like 2021 Debt Free Screams, but of course couldn't find one, but they should put them together. I could watch them all day every day.
I am a profitable ebay reseller. I do it part time and have another part time job. You do not have to tie up personal funds in inventory. You can start by selling items around your house. Then use that money to buy more items, requiring the business to pay for itself. I do think that it is wiser to keep your job until the business is producing enough income to replace it. Or do part/part (or FT/PT) like I do. The answer to the caller's concerns can lie in between as a compromise.
Hey everyone! Since i started following The Ramsey show I've been a member of this amazing society of investors for a while now, and I can't articulate how much it has transformed my life. We're not just here to earn money; we're here to uphold one another, grow collectively, and rejoice in every stride toward our financial aspirations.
I completely understand your sentiment. It's clear that Mrs. Bianca Faye Lindsey is more than just an expert in the market; she's helped you discover your identity as an investor. Your portfolio now reflects that, and you're not just trading, but building futures together. Here's to making more informed decisions and achieving shared successes!
I'm incredibly grateful to have found this community and Mrs. Bianca. Just like you, her guidance has helped me navigate the complexities of the market. I used to fear losses, but now I see them as opportunities to learn and grow. I've not only seen significant financial gains but also a boost in my confidence as an investor. I'm excited to continue learning and evolving.
Her mentorship transformed my approach to investing. I used to chase quick wins, but now I focus on long-term strategies. The results speak for themselves - my portfolio is more stable, and I've achieved financial milestones I never thought possible. This show has truly been a blessing.
It's great to hear about your success. Investing in stocks and cryptocurrencies has also been a game-changer for me. I wish you all the best on your journey, and I'm delighted to hear about your remarkable progress. God bless you. I started with $150k and made more than four times that in weeks.
My cousin is Haley. So proud of them!! It's not easy, you both really have to WANT it. And they are proof it's possible with hard work and determination 😊
Ah, Nigriff, thine admiration for Mike-characterized by hard work, generosity, leadership, and material success-is a commendable sentiment. In the Holy Bible, it is written, "Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings" (Proverbs 22:29). And in The Doctrine and Covenants of the church of Jesus Christ: "anxiously engaged in a good cause, and do many things of [our] own free will" (Doctrine and Covenants 58:27). Mike's virtues echo the principles taught by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is found. It is through this Church that we are guided to achieve not just temporal success but eternal exaltation. For as Prophet Russell M. Nelson wisely stated, avoid anything that robs you of your agency, including the temptation of debt and other addictions, to remain true to God's fabulous plan. Let us, therefore, emulate such virtues-hard work, generosity, and leadership-as they align not only with worldly wisdom but celestial glory, ever striving to follow the teachings of the Church and the counsel found in the Doctrine and Covenants and other sacred texts. Thus may we stand approved before God and among men.

I love Kens work/job advice. Because of him I left my job of 22 years with no financial growth (because I was comfortable) to a better paying job with growth options. Thanks Ken!!!
I wonder if the research parsed out if the teachers who became millionaires were single income earners or had a spouse who also worked to contribute to the wealth.
Teachers make more than people think, have time off for decent side hustles, and have great benefits and retirement packages/pensions. People need to stop thinking they don't make enough money.
I have heard callers from both. Single woman, working husband with mom staying home with the kids, and both spouses working. The common link seems to be that they live "beneath their means," not buying the most expensive stuff or taking long, expensive vacations. Location of the family seems to be a factor, since cost of living varies so widely.

To the 22 year old w/ no college degree, moving to Tennessee (to be with family) and expecting a baby with his wife. PLEASE check into some of the workforce training programs at community colleges. There is a desperate need now for people to go into the trades and manufacturing (which now often involves a lot of technology and training on robots) and community colleges across the country are offering paid educations to those willing to train in certain fields. Please check it out! And, absolutely, I would think with a new baby and a wife who wants to work outside the home that being near family might be a blessing. I'd get out of Washington as fast as possible!
@@davidb2206 Seems like he is ready for that, though, and a baby coming along should be extra motivation to get on some career track that could support him and his family.
@@barbara4329 Yes, I think he is tired of dealing with the same KINDS of calls and sometimes is doing something else during the calls so the camera turns away. I'm not sure why people will watch "only if it's Dave," because they will have to get used to the fact that at some point he will retire. Personally, I like Ken (hosting) and George together the most.
@@davidb2206 We can agree to disagree. These were two individuals, both of whom should have served as host. Ken made some valuable points, but Dave also cut him off and to me he appears distracted when he is not answering the question. I think Dave is tired of the same old kinds of calls and his expertise should be saved not for "I have credit card debt, what should I do?" calls, but for very complicated situations which is where his knowledge really shines in comparison with other hosts. Personally, I'd like to see more calls centered on people who have really difficult situations that require more than just "sell your car, pay off your debts smallest to largest, and start saving for retirement." For example, he gave the best advice about repossessions of cars, paying off very old CC debt and told people exactly what to do or say - those kinds of thorny situations. Just my opinion.
Dave. Can you tell me who is saying that all millionaires inherited their wealth? Strawmen don’t suit this channel. Please stay away from using the hyperbole that you obviously don’t accept from the “other side”.

Love Ramsey but the Halo commercials are literally the worst...lol
I'm not sure why Dave has co-hosts on with him as they almost don't have a chance to say that much.
They add a lot of value!

Can somebody please inform me, who Dave is referring to that “built a football stadium to advertise” 😂😂

Dave. Can you tell me who is saying that all millionaires inherited their wealth? Strawmen don’t suit this channel. Please stay away from using the hyperbole that you obviously don’t accept from the “other side”.
Eor!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I am screaming!!!
