    EMBUTIDO ORIGINATES FROM QUEZON PROVINCE, PHILS.
    The traditional style meatloaf, wrapped in aluminum foil and steamed.
    Best served with tomato ketchup either hot or cold.
    Serve during special occasions and on holidays.
    Best served also as sandwich filling to your bread with mayonnaise.
    Perfect with steamed rice or mashed potatoes.
    My recipe is considered a one dish complete meal since there is potatoes, bread , milk in it i can tell it is the most authentic recipe to ever had.
    How to serve:
    Serve embutido in many ways. Slice it and enjoy straight away; or warm in a pan or microwave till heated through.
    RECIPES
    1/2 k ground beef
    1/2 k ground pork
    2 cans potted liver small
    2 cans beef loaf or maling
    1 small can evap milk
    200 gms bread crumbs
    1 cup apf
    1/2 c cornstarch
    8 to 10 fresh beaten eggs
    1 c mayonnaise
    1/2 c tomato paste or 1 c tomato
    sauce
    1 c grated cheese optional
    1/4 c vinegar
    1 /2 c to 3/4 c sugar
    1/2 c pickle relish
    1 c raisins
    1 c green peas
    1 c carrots diced
    4 pcs potatoes grated or boiled and
    mashed
    1/2 c red and green bell peppers
    3/4 c onions minced
    2 heads garlic minced
    Season with
    1/2 c soy sauce
    3 T to 1/4 c fish sauce mo
    3 T oyster sauce
    2 T ground black pepper
    1 T ground garlic powder ko
    1T onion powder
    1T salt or to taste
