The battle rounds in The Voice Norway is my favorite part. 🥰 They always perform as a duet and blend their voices together and give eachother room to shine instead of trying to be the center of attention and sing over the other, which is very nice. Its always been like this in The Voice Norway.

I was told that by a foreign bystander once, after making a phone call in norwegian. That it sounded like I was singing a beautiful song. After listening to this, same dialect, I get what he meant.☺
Stunning. Lisbeth was great but for me Maja's voice has an ethereal quality which I preferred.

A match made in heaven, I had goosebumps!!! And the song so so so good, though I didn't understand anything, it's just so good!
The song talks about a man and a river. This man felt great pleasure in entering in the waters of this river, because this river brought pleasure and happiness that the waters provided , and immense joy ; however, he does not feel worthy of the immense mercy and peace that the river brings to him. (Maybe because he is a pastor or priest..or have the vocation to offer this suffering to his own resistance...well...however that's my interpretation..

During rehearsal: They are two artists I feel have quite similar energy. Chemistry is important when you’re on stage singing with someone. There has to be some kind of chemistry. You will sing a song together. I have picked this one. Both laughing.

Espen to Maja: Now you’re singing in østlandsk (”dialect” from the eastern area of Norway). Is that what feels most comfortable to you?
Maja: No. I used to sing it in trøndersk.

Its difficullt to translate from a Norwegian dialect to another language directly cause some sentances is build different and some words will maybe be a bit misleading. Especially when I dont know Spanish or speak Spanish, but I have tried to first translate it to English and then Spanish. Some words may be lost in translation.
