My headcanons not meant to be entirely definitive, but to serve as reference for the overall vibes the characters have. The clips used have been pulled from various sources like movies, tv shows, and video games. I know I have missed some characters, so I may or may not make a second part. I will also be making another video like this for IDW Robots in Disguise.

I cannot hear Ratchet with any other voice.
He was written with Combs with mind, I think.

Ultra magnus is perfect, those voice lines. Even though they’re super out of context, they work too well for Cybertronians.
literally how have i *never* considered jason ritter for first aid?? he's perfect!! also love rodimus' va so much, and jeffery combs is such an iconic ratchet that he just *has* to be him for mtmte. your voice cast is so fun (and collecting gravity falls va's like infinity stones lmao)

HELLO????!!!! Ken Sato's VA as Rodimus is just PERFECT. It will be my hc voice too now, all the voices fit SO WELL. I also love Daman Mills (Tailgate), Yuri (Rewind) and Alex (Whirl) choices!

All of those are very interesting Interpretations but Yuri Lowenthal as Rewind, Alex Hirsch as Whirl and Christopher Wehkamp as Perceptor is simply perfection! Not to mention imagining Skids being voiced by Kevin McKidd just opened up a whole other universe of possibilities
It took me a moment to realize the head cannon voice for drift was giyu and other same voice

These are perfect, oh my god. Christopher as Rodimus has me insane, I was in love with him as Ultraman/Ken, him as Rodimus would be AMAZING. And KEVIN AS SKIDS YESSS! I can hear Alex's Bill as Whirl for sure, yup yup. But using Rory (earthspark Megs my love) for Megatron, thank you.
Getting to hear Megatron call people a bunch of Nances is something I didn’t know I needed, thanks♥️

Dude the Rodimus one was so awesome. I can just imagine him talking like that.
Every choice of casts fits really nicely on each character. Some even surprised me and I love every single one.

this is very underrated! all of the voices felt so accurate, even when they had cannon voice acters in different types of media! this was awesome sauce!
@Metamagnus is my headcanon Whirl. Even before I saw his dubs, that was exactly how I imagined him speaking while reading the comics. Everyone else though is almost spot on. Especially Swerve. Glad to see someone else who agrees with it.
I feel like Nolan North works too for Whirl, but Alex Hirsch is also an amaxing choice!

I actually always thought that brainstorm would sound like john Mulaney but giving the voice to swerve is something I never really thought about! I guess I’m just to used to people saying he sounds like John Ratzenberger it’s a nice change! 👍

i agree with basically everything but i think brainstorm should have a british accent. but his voice is good & basically everyone is spot on for me
I fully agree with this! i think robbie daymonds softness is also fitting for brainstorm’s deception during the time travel arc but i was struggling to find any clips of him speaking poshly lol

I can see why whirl and alex are a good match.
1: Whirl is more funny and a bit of a loose cannon
2: bill crazy funny and dope
3: They both have one eye.
Tailgate's voice so on point 😮.
Alex Hirsch is perfect for Whirl but I lean more in my interpretation to Grunkle Stan xD oh Travis as Overlord would be so good!
Ultra Magnus being voiced by JK Simmons or Bejamin Byron Davis would be very great and fitting

My personal head cannon is that Swindle sounds like Steve Blum

Not sure Brainstorms headcanon VA would really work for him, sure, it could work when he’s being serious but for his general behavior? The examples of Robbie Daymond isn’t very expressive in his role as Issei in Fate/Stay Night.
