Thank you for your video on the brother se600 using a repositional hoop. I am totally new to embroidery at the young age of 77 although I am a seamstress, have been sewing since I was 9 years old. I found this machine easy for someone like me, just starting out,,,and your video was exceptional to watch as I have been wanting to use the depositional hoop.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Watching this video and reading the transcript helped me understand several things I needed to know. First, I learned about the repositionable hoop which has been collecting dust in my sewing drawer. The second thing I learned, which I am assuming you mentioned in a previous video as you are the only one I can stand watching, was using the adhesive that was also collecting dust in the same drawer. The third thing I am excited about, and just ordered, was the wash away embroidery topping. Keep doing what you are doing, you just made my day better by three-fold.
I really appreciate your videos on the SE 600. I just purchased my SE600 which is my first embroidery machine. I am so happy on how you teach on the 600.
OUSTANDING video! Exactly what I was looking for with my SE600. I definitely see an upgrade in my future, but for my immediate needs this is perfect. THANK you!
This was extremely useful!! Exactly what I was looking for! And i appreciate the fact that you film it as you’re figuring it out yourself as well, its more helpful than seeing someone do it completely perfect (and cutting out certain scenes) and not seeing the thought process
It might seem super simple, but THANK YOU SO SO SO much for the tip to apply temporary adhesive to the stabilizer. It made hooping 20 billion times easier. I've just started using my se600 and was very overwhelmed but your videos have helped so much. Much appreciated.
Thanks SO MUCH!! I bought a set of 3 hoop sizes & couldn't figure out how to use the largest one. You're an excellent teacher and have helped me to get the most out of my SE600. 😍🤗

I bought the SE 625 a few months ago. I do like the machine, but a little disappointed about the 4x4 embroidery size. Your video with the repositional hoop was so helpful. I’ve watched several of your videos and they have been one of my best sources of learning and getting the most from my machine. Thanks!
I’ve always wanted to do embroidery!! Your so inspiring so I went ahead and purchased the SE600!! Been working with it since November. My question is how do I upload fronts from my computer to flash drive properly......Thanks!!!!!!!
I made a comment on your other video asking about changing the machine setting to use 6x4 inch hoop a few minutes ago. I think I found my answer with this video. I guess there’s no way of changing the machine setting. Instead I’ll have to change the position of the hoop and the designed like you showed. Thanks again for making this video!
Thank you so much, I had a large hoop from my Bernina embroidery machine and didn't no how to use it for my Brothers LB-6800 prw embroidery machine. Thanks again
This tutorial was awesome! I’m new to embroidery and not wanting to invest in a commercial machine quite yet. I loved your technique of fusing the stabilizer to the fabric before hooping. I’ve been told to float everything as it’s easier. In your experience would hooping this way be just as easy as floating?
It's what I've been doing, watching and learning through the tutorials. I had no idea I'd be so engrossed with this. Wade makes learning a pleasure. I even pick up great pointers in the comments. Thanks all.
Again, excellent teaching video. I have the SE600 and the traveling hoop but haven't used it with the SE600 as of yet, and you gave awesome pointers on how I can use it for some ideas for upcoming projects. I have a larger embroidery machine, as well, NQ1600, but I go back and forth with both machines. You gave me more information in this video than in what I researched. Thank you!
I have the same machine. I have trouble with puckering around the stitches. What tension setting do you have the machine on? What needle size are you using? What kind of thread are you using?
Thanks so much for showing how to do this! I just got my machine and your videos are a big help! My se600 looks different than yours but I know it works the same.
so I know this is a few years old...just got this machine. so wondering maybe you have one but trying to center on a tote bag. any tips? Love what I have seen so far from you!
Hi there! Love your videos. I bought the extended hoop but I notice it doesn't hold tight. It blows in the middle of the sides. Have you run into that?
Wondering if it would also work to float and clip the sweatshirt and hoop the stabilizer cotton. Thinking about big/ awkward items like bags, towels, and blankets.
Great fun for everything always. When I’m down I think of how many other people in the world have it worse. Some people can’t walk or see. Some people don’t have money for food, abusive relationships, mental illnesses, drug addiction. Sometime you you need to be thankful for your problems. Lol thanks for watching. I’m glad i could help brighten up your day.

Can tear away stabilizer be used instead of cut away? If not what is the difference between the two? Thank you for your awesome videos, you are great at details!!
Hi I have a brother embroidery sewing machine it is a BL 7950. It takes a 4x4 hoop and I wanted to upgrade to a 4x6 hoop for it. I don’t have any software on my computer for it and I was wondering what kind of software would I get. I just got it for Christmas and I’ve use in the sewing machine but not the embroidery.
You can buy bigger hoops, actually, and ones that come in assorted shapes (oval, oblong, ones for baseball caps, etc.) I found packs of three or four on Amazon.
Hello, I just purchased the Brother PE550D Embroidery machine and the picture built in are small? How do I enlarged them to be bigger like this. Also what software do you highly recommend ?
I loved your video but I can't get it to work. How do I create a rectangle file that needs to be 7"long by 1" wide. I have a repositional hoop for brother se600 (5x7) and I'm using Sew What Pro for my software.

That threading technique is what I use on my serger. My sewing machine is easy. Question for you Allen... do you adjust your tension on each project or do you pretty much leave it set where it is?
When I’m digitizing I adjust my tension in the software based off of what i think the design calls for. If it pull too much when I’m embroidering i either go back and adjust in the software or adjust on the machine depending on what part of the design is pulling.
Allan, I've watched your tutorialsbandcthey are great. But now I need to ask you how I can find a design I'm trying to duplicate. The design is a zig zag "Z" stretched out under some lettering. Please advice me where I can acquire this design. Plus the USB you have with for the SE600. Thank you, Lilia
So in your honest opinion!! I just bought the brother se600 and I just want it to monogram baby onesies and toddler clothes for my daughters! Do you think I’ll be able to do this with just this machine?

Hello! Is it alright to ask here about the hoop as I also got it today. My machine is M240ED and manual said this hoop should work but I have problems inserting it to the machine. Does your reposition hoop goes harder into the slot than 10x10cm one? I have been afraid hitting it in as maybe i break something. I noticed the plastic between the metal round shapes were slightly different than on 10x10cm hoop. Thank you if you are able to answer. Your videos are very nice and I learn so much
So how does the machine know what size hoop is in? If my design is big as the larger hoop but I have the 4x4 hoop on does the system reduce the artwork size to fit in?
