DH or no DH, they need to make it consistent again across baseball. I don't care if that means taking the DH out of the AL or adding it to the NL (the latter of which would be my preference), just make it the same. No one under the age of 45 cares about NL vs. AL and separating those any more than an NBA fan cares about the difference between the Western and Eastern Conference. Make the rules the same. In fact, go further: stop separating the stats (so and so is leading the American League in Hits. That's fucking stupid. We don't say "Stephen Curry is leading the Western conference in three pointers") and combine them in the standings, get rid of the league specific awards (think about how much more competitive it would be and discussing who would win MVP or Cy Young if it was MLB wide instead of league specific).
Failing a drug test in 2003 = shopped at a Dominican GNC. Also, many players were deliberately failing that 2003 test, because enough failures would trigger actually testing with actual penalties starting in 2004. If he were actually cheating, he would've been named in the Mitchell Report, or been caught later; like everyone named with him was. To say it taints his career when he's pissed clean 100s of times since is ridiculous.
"many players were deliberately failing that 2003 test, because enough failures would trigger actually testing with actual penalties starting in 2004." that has to be one of the dumbest things i have read on youtube, which is saying something
he is on juice
Big Papi is leaving already? Isn't there still another month to go? And then the playoffs, right? Or is this a concession to any postseason hopes?

this guy is on steroids for sure
I love Bill Simmons, but his constant defending of his hometown guys cheating (allegedly)--Brady, now Big Papi--is starting to get annoying.
