I can relate to this soooo much 😩
few weeks ago, when my final exam ended, i had this to-do-list for holiday, but I ended up by watching youtube, eating a lot, and sleep for like 10 hours :)
but I reached this point where I felt bad for doing nothing, I'm glad I'm back in the right track!
btw, thank you so much for the tips! def gonna need it anytime in the future! 😉

Together with Brenda thank you so much for sharing your story, we all get into those ruts, but it doesn’t mean it’s easy. We are glad to hear you found your way through instead of letting it consume you for days and weeks. You have amazing things to share that others can learn from!

I was JUST procrastinating from starting to study, feeling super over it and burnt out. I think I'm in a rut. The first step to clawing out: watch Mike and Matty video! Second step: get out of said rut.

So universal. You're right - it's just all in our heads. Motivation comes and goes our whole lives. There's no reason to get surprised by it or derailed by it or scared of it. I always say #doitanyway. Whether I'm motivated enough. I really like hearing the biology behind this -- hemorrhaging dopamine... yep!
