Dealership created urgency by saying that black alloy wheels are removed from GT Plus and will be now available only in GT Plus Sports, they wanted me to book the vehicle urgently by saying we have 1 vehicle in stock with black wheels or we will arrange it for you of you book it urgently. Even manager played by saying the new September batch has chrome alloy wheels instead of Blackout wheels
Bad situation bro in all delaerships! Same happend with me they were pushing me for carbon steel grey and i wanted black GT. They want to target Sales not Customers needs.
If they do like this genuine customers will get frustrated and move away from brand. Hope they treat their marketing with the same quality as their cars.
I booked a taigun topline in march 2024 with electric seats and finalized the deal my with my desired colour. Saleman said they have one in stock 23 batch and will arrange for me .after 2-3 days he said ki sir vo wali available nhi hai but same colour me taigun sound edition available hai apko 20k extra pay krne pdenge. you will get an extra subwoofer in it. And they convinced me ki vo 23 stock ka blue colour me last unit hai. 24 model me apko discount nhi milega. So i agreed to pay more for the topline model and they charged me 18.07 lakh ex showroom for the topline at model at the time i didn't knew that company offered subwoofer in topline model too. When i got my car in all the docs it was shown as topline model and i confirmed with vw guy from somewhere else . They did temove all the stickers that come with barcode at fenders. When i complained to vw they simply redirected me to the same dealership and when i confronted the salesman he simply denys that sir this is sound edition ajao apko dikhata hu topline me subwoofer nhi ata.
WTH ! thats really bad man! Problem is buyers dont have proper information about variants and models no proper documentation for any clarification. As per my experience 1.0 k top model mai subwoofer ni aata. Only 1.0 soundedition mai aata tha subwoofer.
@@TheDeepSinghal mereko bhi yhi lgta tha when i bought but vw ne last diwali ke around offer kiya tha subwoofer festive season me maybe kuch time k liye when i checked the past news. from the news i got to know this agar koi article nhi hota mai aj bhi car ko sound edition smjh rha hota lol. sound edition me contrast roof thi,with some graphics on rear pillar & puddle lamps too but mere wali me subwoofer k ilava kuch nhi hai.even topline model hi show krta hai my vw app me and service records me.
Hi i am also looking for buying 1.5 gt plus edge manual in black colour. Now the thing is in website the exshowroom price is 1759000 and they have sent the price list in which black colour price is 1779000. Now the dealership is saying you have to give 20k extra for black colour and at the time of booking exshowroom price was 1759
Dont trust website information! Rest i am aware of it Black color cost a bit extra around 21k. I also paid. But if you want to be double sure please reachout to other showroom via call and confirm the cost before taking decision.!

VW has greedy dealership network. They want to gain some extra money wherever possible.
I dont want to say greedy to VW only. Almost all Dealership will take advantage of misinformed buyer anyday!
