Australia invented wifi and it's free just about everywhere. Australia generally is a very clean place. We don't litter and if you do you're likely to be told off by an Aussie. Our local councils make sure public places are clean and tidy all the time. We have a week every year when Aussies are reminded and educated called Make Australia Beautiful Week. There's usually a day when thousands of Aussies literally walk the beaches, parks, everywhere picking up trash, it's a social thing a community coming together. We are very serious about keeping our home clean, it's about respecting your country.

I’m far North Queensland and I remember the first I came up here, that when I got off the plane the humidity hits you in the face and the air is sucked out of your lungs lol. I’m Australian, When I first travelled to Ukraine in 2011, the female customs officer when I was leaving Ukraine was not in a good mood. I was travelling from Ukraine to UAE, She asked me where my visa for Dubai is (Ukrainians need a visa to visit there, Australians don’t). I explained to her that I’m Australian and don’t need one, she refused to believe me and wasn’t going to allow me to leave Ukraine. I nearly missed my flight because of this. Eventually the pilot of the plane came to see me and I explained the situation, he spoke to the customs officer and eventually he signed a document saying he is taking full responsibility for me and any problems will not be put on Ukraine. There were no problems as I don’t need a visa for there.
Are you talking about the internet or about wifi? They are different things. Wifi is just the local wireless connection to a router that allows a connection to be made to the internet from that location. Wifi is locally controlled, meaning that it could perform differently in different locations as it is run by different people/organisations in those different locations. Wifi is simply an alternative to using ethernet (wires) to connect to the internet from your device.
