Speaking of SA2 stages in Frontiers, there's another part of City Escape where you're on foot, Radical Highway which is a Shadow stage not a Sonic stage and the only time Sonic has been there was the intro cutscene to SA2B (Sonic Adventure 2 Battle) and Sky Rail which is again a SHADOW stage and not a Sonic stage and the only time Sonic was there was an E3 2000 Trailer.

I think I need to clear something up. This stage is real. It is 4-9 from Sonic Frontiers. It is not based on City Escape, it is based on Lethal Highway from Shadow the Hedgehog. There is a stage based on City Escape in Frontiers but it has no board section and it's 1-7. The Arcade Mode exists in Frontiers, so go to 1-7 and you'll see that it's City Escape.
