My brother and I got these for our first decks. I use kagero. I got the legend deck too

I bought 6 (yes 6) trial decks so far and I love playing with them
I recommend Aqua force or the Kagero deck
But it is really up to you what do you want.

I am new to the game, when you say that certain cards don't come with triggers or effects in the trial decks what exactly does that mean? That they are not as powerful or useful as rarer versions of those same cards?
I'll try help if I can.
Triggers appear on the top right of a card, they are pink, red, green or yellow and they can say front, draw, heal or critical. Not every card has a trigger, only certain grade 0 cards have them
Effects appear above the cards name and the effect is different for every card, for example in this video you see Dragonic Overlord and Blaster Blade both have different skills. Also some cards won't have skills, in this video you can see knight of silence, gallatin which has no skill above its name. Cards with no skill are normally much weaker cards that you don't want to use

I've heard that printing quality and card thickness were lower now because of the shift in printing company. Is that true? Did you see any decrease in quality with this trial deck?

what are the chances of the signed cards in english trial decks? In japanese it's 1 in every like 30 to 40trial decks

In Japanese it's about 45dollars per signed cards I think the signed main card are A bit more at 50dollars in Japanese at least I feel like in English it'll be a bit more expensive unless the drop rates have been increased

Should I get into this? I love yugioh but have no idea how to play vanguard
From everything ive seen on youtube this game seems a lot more balanced and over all better of a game than yugioh. There's more interaction with eachother than yugioh has, game play is a little simpler, and you dont have to pay an absurd amount of money to win. The max price i saw on a card was $50 and thats because it was hotstamped, other the that the highest youd have to spend on a card is like $25. Im currently waiting for my first decks and actually test the game out myself but from what ive seen it's definitely something you should try out. You can get a trial deck from tcgplayer for $11.

G units don't exist anymore. Game was rebooted because G was too powercreeped for its own good.
