And I will say, I love Standard. The gift markers are a great addition, and it feels refreshing going back to a slower-paced game, while still having the huge power that G era brought with Strides. It's like a mix of both eras, and it's still just as fun. There's no better time to get back into Vanguard than the V era.
A new format and "reset" would be great but the outcry from the yugi community would be massive and this prevents the whole idea from being realized. I, myself will build Royal Paladin with the new set coning out this friday, I hope I get most of my stuff as Royal Paladin is kinda expensive.
I’m pretty glad that CFV is restarting with the new rules. I fell behind after G-units and it was a pain in the butt trying to explain all the rules and different calling/riding methods that have happened over time to new players

I heard that you have to by 2 trial decks or 1 legend deck, but you can't buy none of the old legend/trial decks, because they are old dated. If that's the case would i have to buy two of these. I was wondering, is it possible for you to clear the air for me whether it through comment, video, or even an url to somewhere to point me in the right direction. Thank you.
The new rebooted format makes it a lot easier to get into the game now because everyone's more or less starting from scratch too and the meta is much healthier. You can start by getting any of the new season Trial Decks, they're actually playable out of the box and you only need to buy one and right now the game is reintroducing each of the clans (about 3 or 4 per set) so that should give plenty of time to get adjusted beacuse there won't be any power creep until every clan is playable.
Start with a reboot trial deck. It’s awesome cause you get 3-4 copies of every card so you’ll only need to buy 1 this time around. I recommend playing with Standard Format (reboot cards only) for simplicity. Then upgrade your deck by buying boosters/cards that support your specific clan. Note: All reboot cards will have a “v” symbol on the bottom left corner
Trial decks are finally worth getting, the Shadow Paladin one is easily one of the best Bushiroad has ever printed. And yes Standard is infinitely better, it's more accessible, more fun, and you can actually play the deck you want without needing broken combos.
