Give us all the workout and meal prep/grocery haul vids! I think it's fun to watch that from a "normal" girl like you, rather than a fitness channel.

I didn't have friends in high school and I have one good friend now which is great, but I am so happy that we, your audience, are considered your friends. I also love the fact that it really seems like you're talking to us and not just talking to a camera

Late to this one, but thank you so much for sharing, as someone on a journey with hormonal discovery, mental illness journey, body insecurities, and also discovering the power of food on our bodies, this was wonderful. I'll be praying for your transition off of meds and in healthy eating and please share with us tips and methods that you have learnt along the way! ❤️

Awwww the end is so niceeee, I’ve never seen a TH-camr say anything like that before. I absolutely love your channel you seem so real to me as a viewer and I literally click your videos for you not necessarily just the topic you talk about or vlog :)❤️

I love you, and I love your videos. I love that you search for truth always. I always learn so much when I watch your videos, and your videos ALWAYS point me back to Christ. As someone who is currently searching for a new church home/and being a Christ led relationship, your videos are one of the of key main things reminding me to stay connected to the Father. Your video ministered to me today. Particularly when you quoted the verse about the Lord establishing our steps. As an over planner myself, this was like God talking to me directly and reminding me to be present, be in his presence, and trust Him always. Thank you ❤️

You’re not alone in your irritation toward antidepressants and their side effects. I was on them for 10 years and have been in a very severe withdrawal for four years now after stopping cold turkey. I totally lost my sense of self and all of my functioning because the side effects had become a part of me since my brain was developing through that time. I learned the hard way you have to be very careful coming off of them. I’m healing everyday but it’s extremely slow going.

Thank you for your videos, they're so encouraging!
I got married in 2014 and went on birth control for my first time. My first year of marriage was that much harder because I thought I just got crazy with anxiety and all of the changes in my life. It was the birth control. I became hyper anxious about every little thing. I was a basketcase of unhealthy thoughts and nerves, and I became suicidal. It was terrifying, the thoughts I had. I felt utterly hopeless. And I had night sweats, like full on hot flashes like a menoposal woman.
I'm so glad I got off it after about a year.
But beyond that, I've been on antidepressants off and on but didn't find them that effective, but about 2 years ago I realized my anxiety and depression was worse a week before my period, and I officially have PMDD. It makes so much more sense now why certain hormonal things like birth control made me that much more off the deep end. My hormones are not the healthiest. I'm even afraid to try the iud cause it'll probably affect me mentally. It's not fun. I'm still trying to evaluate different contraceptives.
Anyways, if this helps anyone out there, I've started taking krill oil. 1000mg a day (2 capsules) there are studies of it helping pms disorders. It's been a month and a half on them and I have to say I've felt more mentally ok, more "up" since. I'm shocked how different I feel. My last period I was down again, but I was more aware of it during. The studies had women use it for 3 months so I'm hoping and praying I see improvement in my menstrual time by then. Cause I had a bad bad week in Feb. I haven't felt that low in years and my hubby said I was not myself, he was scared for me.
I realize our hormones change as we age so it scared me, how bad I felt then. Everything felt off. So I'm trying this krill oil option.
I'm also trying to get out and be more active cuz I know that can help my mental health and hormones I'm sure. I need to stop some of my sugar addiction cause I'm sure that effects it as well.
I appreciate your recommendations, opinions, and courage to share them. Thank you for being willing to put yourself and your faith out there. We appreciate this good content to see and listen to! ❤️

Have you listened to the podcast that Fallon does (she does it with Kori Meloy)? It's the Freely Rooted podcast, and it's sooooo good! Only like 3 episodes so far, but it's good!
Also, so cool to see so many looking into pro metabolic eating and healing hormones! I just started on this "journey" (that sounds so cheesy 🤣), so it's super cool to see others learning about it!

I got off the pill right when Covid started and I wouldn’t recommend it either. It’s messed me up. I was on it to heal my acne and to make my periods better. It did make them better but when I got off the pill I have only had like 2 cycles. Anyone help me out with this??? How did you heal your hormones? My mom thinks my hormones are wacko.

Impressionable girls will think they can come off their meds and their life will look like yours because that’s how the business of being an influencer works. Just be mindful of what your selling. This video sells the idea that “I can stop my meds eat organic food and have this wonderful life that I see through the camera” no matter how many disclaimers you say. Just be responsible with your position of influence on people’s lives 💕 especially young girls

If you don't mind, do you have PCOS? I'm very sure that I do and have been trying to follow a diet for PCOS. Also avoiding bc because of the horror stories I've heard; it can cause relief for some symptoms but a host of other ones. Like increased depression. Not to mention most of the pills and methods being actual abortifacient. Its so encouraging to see how you're adjusting your diet and using natural methods to heal your body and mind ❤️

If you(or anyone else reading this comment) are struggling with PMS/periods and don’t want to/can’t go on birth control, I highly encourage looking into the FLO vitamins! They take about 2 cycles to see/feel a noticeable difference but as a gal who can’t handle all the hormone issues associated with birth control, I say, if your doctor clears it, it might be worth a try!
