Hi Noah. The mud nest in kitchen is made by a barn swallow, cliff swallow, magpie...they are several birds that make that type..

Your question about the beam. That bean is fine, what they had done was have decretive cross beams with faux covering over the big main one and the smaller cross ones. The Terra-gator was used for fertilizing, for liquid and dry, family farm used one of these puppies. This one looks like it has newer tires and a newer seat in the cab.
Yes. Likely someone leased land that farm owned. Storing it there likely leasing from land owner.
The Terra Gator is a dry fertilizer applicator, usually for agricultural applications. It's used to spread granular fertilizer on fields to be planted.
It could also do liquid as well.
Loved the old house. You can tell the walls are really thick on the section with stone. The tub must have been jacked up for the plumbing not to freeze so it probably ran just underneath it without being in the basement. Thanks Noah!

Hello, Noah! I've watched many of your videos and also read through comments here. I'm going to suggest that if you post about a killer's home, you at least make a reference to what it means for all your followers/subscribers. As soon as I saw that terra gator I was already seeing it as an interrogator! lol Other than that, I'd live in that house with the odd design and just make it work. That one upstairs area, I'd find a use... maybe shelves for books or a board game/tv game section and a place to work on puzzles. There's always a use for just about anything, if you give it some thought.

Probably because of the past owner had a pesticide machine to kill pest off their crops or the creepy vibe of the old house and and the basement seemed like shady shit went on maybe. Or who ever done all the work on it killed a beautiful farm house when the cut it up into the mess this house is now. I like old farmhouses. A very interesting house Noah, creepy basement. Finding that tractor or whatever it was is a real surprise. Most barns are usually empty. We all got a treat eh Noah? Stay safe.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

the bird nest on the light fixture is a barn swallow nest, NOT a hummingbird nest. The "display room" as you called it, was likely the laundry room. The tub was raised and enclosed because of the plumbing needed for the jets, and the bathroom was definitely put in long after the house was built.
As usual you found another weird and interesting place. The custom kitchen cabinets were so out of place with the rest of it. But then it might have been a nice place once. Anyway thanks for sharing

Been watching a lot of your explorations. You had questioned that beam with the notches cut out. Those notches are made for the second level floor joist. Obviously it’s been remodeled with newer decking. They tend to reuse the longer beams. Todays P-Lam beams are expensive. The house looks like it had numerous additions. In most cases they will cover the notches with flat trim.
Be careful out there!

The old family photos could have been copied through a printer machine and saved digitally for reprints later, sure the original copy has so much behind it but sometimes it can be a real big hassle to transport images, a stack of images like that can be heavy if its more than 200 images, sometimes it can be a sad case though, divorce, bad memories of a dysfunctional family and the people that left it behind are trying to move on.
