No. The box says it's not compatible with "Amazon Fire TV" and "Fire TV Stick". I also checked the code list, just in case, but no. It's not compatible at all. Also, I checked all of my other universal remotes, and none of them work with Fire Stick TV for some odd reason. I guess they want to force people to buy their original remote.
You might be using the wrong code. If only three buttons work and nothing else, then it means that code is not correct. Try different codes until you find one that controls everything or almost everything.

The first Xbox code worked for my XboxOne, thankfully. Sorry it didn't work for your 360.

The manual only says Minix but doesn't say "Neo U22-XJ". The two codes listed for Minix are: 43344, 36663. The Mecool kt1 is not listed.
