I was bludgeoned half to to death by violent maniacal #OfficerJasonGillespie of #PhoenixPolice over 7 years ago at a #CircleK at 7th Street and Bethany Home in Phoenix after I went to buy lottery tickets. The clerk #LeslieNelson tried repeatedly to force me to buy a wrong lottery ticket. After the manager was obnoxious to me also I called the police just to document the situation. Gillespie was immediately enraged because he thought I called too many times and he thought I tried to usurp his power by politely asking for a supervisor when I was immediately in fear and the supervisor didn't show up until about 2 minutes after I was half dead. Within a minute and a half of #JasonGillespie getting out of his car he wrenched my arms behind my back and threw me head first to the concrete in a Straight Arm Bar Throw Takedown with multiple violent throws and blows to my head and horrifically beat me on the side of my head. Gillespie stuck to his story in his report that "I fell and cut my head and lost my balance" for 11 months because PSB against policy was never going to interview him and were forced to only after in retaliation they maliciously prosecuted me for false third degree lowest-level trespassing trying to get my federal civil rights case dismissed and I was found not guilty. In extreme dereliction of duty and malfeasance he never even investigated why I called first and repeatedly and said in court "He didn't care why I called". He thought he could get away with it because he knew there was no body camera but we had a little bit of Circle K video. Again in dereliction of duty he let all the witnesses walk away at a busy Circle K during rush hour. 4 days in ICU and the hospital, four fractures to the front and back of my skull, traumatic brain injury, brain hemorrhaging, acute hematoma to the back of my brain, extreme eye injury and almost lost my eye, almost a dislocated jaw, extreme hearing loss and extreme mental trauma. Psychopathic Jason Gillespie who also horrifically assaulted another man 7 months later was promoted to the Police Academy training new recruits apparently on how to horrifically assault new grandmothers and get away with it and is now making $93,000 while I'm permanently disabled.
