@@tygbs I have the purple HypeSquad badge and a 16 months Nitro badge (the 15 months one) which will be 17 months soon. The next change is at 18 months and then the last one is at 24 months. You can't pick up bug hunter badges currently. The 12 months and 24 months server boost badges are the best looking in my opinion.
I'll have the one year nitro badge in five days (the star) which I like the look of. I picked up the HypeSquad Bravery badge a while back. That one looks the best in my opinion (purple).
Did you even watch the video? Currently the 2018 Grandfather badge cannot be obtained, same with the Early Verified Bot Developer, and same with HypeSquad Events
