I was in the understanding that Hope is loyal to Trump. I believe the only way to get her to court is by sopena, and she will take the 5th.
She would have had a deposition and grand jury testimony, so taking the 5th is really not an option. Nor is "I don't recall". The prosecution knows what she is going to say or they wouldn't call her up.
