OMG I finally get it now!!! I have watched so many break and paddle videos and this one finally explain something I didn’t quite understand before. After the break, the hand which does the paddle isn’t really pushing against the hoop. I thought it was strange because that would make the hoop spin even faster. It simply, there to let the Hoop pass another rotation before being spun in the other direction again!!👌👏 So after the break, when you say “push”, you are actually referring to pushing with your body and rotating in the same direction, and not so much with the other hand. thank you so much for your videos! They are so good at breaking things down💗🙏🏻

You can change the playback speed in video settings to as slow as .25 = slo-mo! I've done just that before... 😁
