Just remember guys - these are all diatonic modes in D major - this whole thing is based around Bminor scale but he's using the arpeggios in D major , esp g major 7, d major 7 and A7

I used the Amazing Slow Downer to slow down to about 30 to 50% of the original and picked each note. I also checked the positions by moving the video forward and backward frame by frame. It took a lot of time, but it was a kind of stress reliever for me on the C-19 situation. (C-19 situation is still going on...) Good luck with your challenge!

yes they are. I recommend you to search "eric johnson's rig" or "eric johnson's pedalboard". There are two videos that are pretty well recorded and he explains his main rig and his "live rig" (a simplified one)

I never had a scalloped neck. It looks difficult to play in tune. I think the radius is around 12.

@@warrencantero It is the Hermida Audio one with a tube. I use it as a booster which little push the Tube Driver. Sportsman is a fenderish clean amp. So I need enough gain for the lead tone.
Btw, have you tried Dover Drive by Lovepedal? It has a very nice violin tone. I think it's the easiest way to get the EJ-ish lead sound.

how are you blending from clean to dirty without a channel switch
I use two A/B box just like EJ. Amp settings is totally clean, making the lead sound with pedals.

Mostly chorus and mild delay, I would mainly focus on dialing in the chorus pedal first because that's the effect you hear most then add just mild echo with your delay pedal. Add OD/gain to your crunch preference and then you are off to the races! Have fun. :)
