I'm excited for the first time since Reach and I have faith 343 will bring back the joy we experienced back in the olden days with Bungie. Joe being there is a huge beacon of hope for Halo's future. Can't wait for launch!

Halo has been through worse. the Halo 2 story was written in like 3 months. Barely had any time to make it. And Halo 2 is considered to be a masterpiece. So it's not the first time something like that happened
What did the 2 guys mean when they said "..did he just combat evolved that sword?!?" Is there a reference that I'm missing? I have played the first game but I don't remember anything involving the sword or anything
Combat evolved was a medal from Halo 5 which you got from using a strategy of throwing a nade at a power weapon and getting it to come towards you so you can grab it, it was a competitive strategy from CE hence the name

Guys I understand the hype but don't forget that the way of how ego shooters are played have changed a lot. Which means we will see a lot more camping see a lot more of misusing the system wherever possible. Sportsmanship isn't written as big as it was in the good old days. I love Halo and I'm excited to play but don't get your hopes up to high because a game is just as good as their playerbase makes them.
