- The first in the Abbott and Costello comedy horror crossovers and easily the best. See the duo face off against Dracula, The Frankenstein Monster and The Wolf Man, now in color!
This would also mark the final entry of the classic Universal Monster franchise
I figured of all the classic horror films, fans would be the least upset about colorizing this comedy.
Sorry for the obnoxious watermark but too many people are stealing my work. Vandalize your own classic movies!
Starring Bud Abbot, Lou Costello, Bela Lugosi, Lon Chaney Jr, Glenn Strange, and Lenore Aubert
Directed by Chalres Barton
Great classic movie 🎥 I remember watching it on channel 11
I’ve also noticed how clear the video is. Not blurry or faded at all. Very good picture quality. Pin-point clarity.
PLEASE DO THE WHOLE MOVIE!!!
YES
@@HollywoodColt Double yes, please!
Yes please ❤
Thank you for this video? Looks great in color! I agree with the last comment do the whole movie!!!!
Although it's a hint of green, glad you didn't colorize the monster a deep green as is often(mistakenly) done. Somewhat more green than it should have been, but that's a common mistake. Many sources have confirmed Pierce's makeup on Karloff was green ONLY so that on the BW film it looked a deathly, bloodless, pale gray. Make sense the same creature if colorized later should be a pale gray since that was the studio's intent originally.
Loved this colorization.
I was watching something not too long ago where they showed a clip of Costello sitting in the monsters lap and I was literally thinking to myself I wish I could see this in color. And here a couple of weeks later, it's in color. Amazing job. Way better than what so-called high paid Hollywood professionals can do.
Universal studios hollywood movies on Ture life story ture https page of sale in haunted house movie made of view of power
when i was young i loved watching abbott and costello they were a great partnership costello use to make me laugh he allways got the worse of everything he was a brilliant actor still makes me laugh today and im 64 now
This is absolutely Beautiful, Best colorization job I have ever seen!!! Please do the whole movie!
This is brilliant
If colouring some classic comedies means they are viewed by a younger generation - that is no bad thing - brilliant job by the way.
A PERSON THAT I KNOW SAID THAT THEY'RE GETTING A MAKEOVER. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THIS MOVIE.
@@KENDALLSQUARE-o7p excellent
I love this nicely condensed version of the movie! And in well-converted colour too!
"Well, I'm the invisible man 🚬"
As a child I wanted to see that more than any other film ever made. I didn't see it until I was in my sixties, snowed in in New York city.
It was on channel 11 WPIX every Sunday at 11:30 a.m. in New York City in the 70s early 80s.
It looks good in color, I must get this❤❤
I remember these shows when I was young
Sweet! I had a black and white 12-minute Castle Films Super 8 version that wasn't put together as neatly as this.
Looks almost perfect
A fun watch! Note, though, that Bela (Dracula) has blue, not brown, eyes.
Epic!!
WOW LOVE THIS
Is a great parody of Abbott and Costello, with the firsts monters of universal, Drácula, the wolfman and the creature of Frankenstein.
Wow, it could fool me as a real color movie. Please colorize the whole movie!!
Multiple star actor’s in 1 movie 🏆🏆🏆🧛♂️🐺🧟♂️
I'm watching it right now and there's no sound coming out.
❤😊
"Junior?.....Junior?"
😂
I miss when people were more connected by tv shows before the internet like the simpsons , so many shows , people are not the same, all connected to an electronic leash so sad
Everyone watched the same TV shows and movies and talked about them the next day at school and work.
did they release this on dvd in color?
How was colorizing this movie done?
I don't see anything wrong with this.
I've never understood such ferver in being against colorization of black and white films.
If it bothers someone so much, guess what? Turn the saturation down on your T.V. and BOOM...black and white again!
Wish we could watch the whole Movie like this.
Is the Whole Movie available???
