Can you wear these shoes in your 40s?

I'm 45 almost and can't get away with wearing tthe shoes and want to and I'm just exploring what shoes I currently have and what I'm open to wearing. are you in your 30s or 40s and struggle with flat style shoes, what do you like to wear?
