I ordered for hubby's birthday and the item arrived used, the box was ripped, oil marks and fingerprint marks all over. No form of packaging. In fact, only the main unit thing was in its place, others were just shoved in the box. The three-blade one was swapped with the clipper. no nose thing included. Still waiting to hear from them.
I just received my order. Like yours, mine had finger prints on it and the accessories were in the wrong box slots, box was dirty and half falling apart. Looks like it was a returned item and they sent it to me under the pretences that it was a brand new product, really shoddy professionalism.

I just got one thinking it would be faster than using my phillips shaver that is meant for face but not sure its any faster or better, Got it off AliExpress not sure how easy it is to return ... Probably keep it and use both in combination, i can't get on with wet shaving, always end up bleeding everywhere and need bits of bloody tissue stuck on to stop the bleeding, not a good look 😂😂😂
i found it very underwhelming, after reading the reviews. like you, i found bits it'd missed. tbh, i could do my head quicker with a razor, and better finish
@Stamped With Love I worked it out shortly after posting. The middle one turn anti clockwise it releases. Im just wondering how often I need to change the blades...could work out expensive in the long term.
Hi, if you were comparing this to the razor on larger areas of scalp, would you say it's as smooth or slightly less , I love the razor smooth feel but finding time in the morning during the week is a pain
I think it matches the close shave of my wilkinson blade razor but more time is always going to be needed, I have to go over areas more than once, whereas the blade can cover it in two glides normally.
If I have a bit more time I prefer a wet shave but having been bought a Trim pod 2.0 for Christmas, I am more than impressed with it and it's great if I'm in a hurry and want tidy up. Visually I bet no one could tell the difference between a wet shave and using the Trim pod.
This is the main reason I'm keeping it as I've never had any irritation from using it. I don't have sensitive skin so can't fully answer your question. I am however finding myself use my razor more as it is quicker to use and more convenient

How do you replace old blades
My brother in law has one and sent me the link. My head bleeds like a tap which is a little inconvenient, so any device vs a razor gets my vote. 🙌🏾

Don't take the centre part out to clean. I've brought the 8 part shaver twice now and its near on impossible to put back . Going back to razor.

I did keep it, even though I still use a razor blade. I use this when I have more time but when in a rush, the blade is still handy to have.
I cant work out how the hell you release the blades to get rid of the hair?

I have really sensitive skin. How is this for avoiding stubble rash?
