Bought one of these from the Gosford store over the weekend, cant wait to set it up this weekend Do you need the side poles? Might grab the SnowPeak ones on the way up to camp
@@DriftaCamping4WD Love these products, just trying to dive slightly deeper as to the waterproofing (in mm hydrostatic head of water) for the tarp, as produced. The snow peak Hexa is advertised as 3000mm I could not find these details on the site for the Stockton version?
@@jodyhodgson3397 better off to buy snow peak even though more expensive, if someone replies both made in china, that is not very good an answer, Snowpeak is fantastic quality and the water rating for Drifta tarp is not rated/specified.
Might be time to invest in some wireless audio guys. The audio volume in this video in particular is very low. Hit me up if you need any recommendations.
hi mate yeah good idea . this just filmed on my phone with a dead cat to stop the wind. we got wireless mike with our big sony camera , but we not using that so much now . email me be great : ) luke@drifta.com.au 😀
our material is much more UV resistant.. snow peak make their gear for Japan not Australia.. SP hexa tarps don't hold up well in the Aussie sun unfortunately.. L

@Ramon Avi thanks, I went there and it seems to work :D Appreciate it !!
@Carlos Colton glad I could help xD
Great video Luke👍.
That tarp would be awesome for someone with a boat that wants to pull up on an island and camp for a few days.

Kaido showed the chairs too. 👍🏻🦘🦘
Sweet gear,
Roughly how many people could you fit under the L hexa tarp in camp chairs?
About 10
I was going to order one, but it's too bloody complicated to set it up
How does the Stockton hexa tarp rate against the snow peak hexa tarp
It’s a COPY
What are the specs of the material used in the stockton tarp and the snow peak tarp?
