It is suitable for climbing Arecanut, Coconut and other forestry trees like Silver Oak, Teak etc. It is specially designed for Spraying Fungicide/Herbicide during the Monsoon Season. It can be used even if the Tree Trunk is Wet & Slippery has Green Alage on it. It will not Slip. Loading Capacity below 100 Kgs. It comes with Safety Harness for the worker. Stainless Steel 202 Grade.
We provide 3 sizes of Steel Wire Ropes which suits most of the tree girth.

Hi Prashant, This video is taken for demonstration purpose only. We shall climb easily 30-40 trees per day again that depends on climbing person;s capacity / skill, height of tree etc. Now in latest model we have made 2 sides locking with snap hook. Safety Belt is provided to hold the person from falling backwards. The Steel Wire rope is strong enough to bear the load. We had tested for several years.

This belt is no have leg striper, leg striping adjuster, snap hook, absorber. Please check in Google or TH-cam. what is the use of absorber & How to use safety belt. (that is not a Holding buckle)

Thank you for sharing the knowledge, here we have used Half Body Safety Harness the idea is to prevent the person from falling back from the seat. A full body safety harness has to be anchorage above the head, while climbing up for each step the person has to adjust and lock it this will be time consuming process. Considering the inbuilt locking system (steel wire rope) we thus avoided the Full Body Strap.

What if tree is slanted crooked

It's take lots of time to fix on the tree.
Without tool I can do it much faster.
It does take time but Safety comes first. When you wanted to clean the Coconut tree properly you need to stay long and this will be very helpful.
On top of it those who extract toddy or neera this will be helpful as they tend to stay much longer. They do only 10/20 trees a day.
Primarily safety is assured with this device
