    • @manuelcarreno920

    Haha that’s funny a buddy of mine and I did something almost identical to that about 8 years ago. Ours rotated a lot faster, went through multiple layers of rock, we pumped a slurry to flush it out, and stopped around 120’ or 130’. He still uses the well. It was all homemade and something I will never forget. People were amazed that we used an 2 or 3hp electric motor from an old water pump.

    Поздрави.

    • @SuperFastDriver

      Здравей, благодаря ти за коментара, личи си че имаш опит със сондажите.. но тая “кофа” я ползваме когато има камъни .. или ги изкарваме или ги набива вътре в пръста.. незнам дали се вижда добре на видеото но има капак за почистване.. специално тази дупка нямаше пясък .. и тази кофа я пуснахме на финала преди да положим тръбите.. за да оберем падналата пръст.. понеже водата събаря изкопаната пръст от нормалния шнек.

    • @dlayman101
      @dlayman101 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to think like the well drillers that built and designed the rigs you use today, my grandfather was one of them, he would have loved this idea, laughed at your comment and simply told you build a pneumatic hammer attachment to hang at the bottom of the "drill rods", honestly i could build a system like this for 5 inch wells that would give me a rig that is light and limber enough to get to locations other drillers dare not go. As well as reduce the amount of property damage or clearing that needs to be done when drilling wells, usually wells aren't drilled in places easy to get to, especially these days. No shit welldrillers these days are dieing left and right, none of them want to improve the process, they inherited a way to do it. And will never ever consider a possible alternative to the problems their business deals with in our modern Era.

    Very slow but works. I wonder what happens when they hit water bearing sand. I dug mine by hand and at 8’ couldn’t dig any deeper. The hole just kept filling in at the bottom.

    wow you guys filled around the well casing with stone right to the top. You will contaminate the ground water with surface water run off. There is a reason here in Canada well drillers must be licensed, to prevent exactly what you did. You have to use bentonite grout to seal around the casing to stop surface water from running down and contaminating the ground water source.

    Muy buena la idea solo tengo una obsebacion constructiba yo soy de Bolivia me dedico como 20 años a perforacion de pozos me gustaria se pueda organizar un intercambio de experiencias para poder exponer lo que cada uno a desarrollado en este rubro por ejemplo yo e tenido que pasar muchas peripecias y experiencias para vencer obstáculos ,y e tenido que rajarme la cabeza como bulgarmente se dice ,y experimentar de algunas ideas que se me ocurria hasta que por fin llegué a lo que esperaba ,claro con esto no quiero decir que todo lo puedo ,como es un sistema manual haun no puedo en terrenos geológicamente no factibles,osea quiero decir en un suelo muy graboso con piedras mayores a dos pulgadas no puedo pero si es menor si lo puedo hacer,y otra ventaja es que con mi sistema mejorada de EMAS del cual fuí alumno puedo llegar a alcanzar el segundo o terser acuifero o quizá el cuarto para tener una agua de calidad,pero no podrian pasar el primer acuifero el sistema de perforacion que vimos antes de mi comentario por que el primer acuifero que encontraron no los permitiria ,por que es una perforacion en seco ,mientras el mio es con inyeccion de lodo ,por el material que sacaban vi que hera arena delgada y esto no permitiria seguir profundisando , con esas características de suelos yo podria llegar fasilmente unos 50 metros hasta mas metros de profundidad, estamos hablando de una perforacion manual con inyeccion de lodo mecanizado.hoy en dia ya lo mecanisé mi equipo pero haun lo sigo haciendo si me piden pozos bajitos 20 a 25 metros y si reune condiciones geológicas factibles.

    If you sent a pipes down behind your drill head, you could've gravity fed water into the top, then pumped it back up at the bottom to clear the hole of dirt and other fine debris. With a simple filter, and I mean simple like a couple of t-shirts and a sediment bucket, you could use the same water over and over again, mostly clearing the hole until you reached your desired depth. At which point stop letting water flow back in, wait a while for the slurry at the bottom to dry out, then raised the drill head.

      @@SuperFastDriver If you don't mind refitting your drill's power head, you can install a drill swivel to inject water down the power shaft to the head. This will allow the debris to bias up the shaft to be siphoned off at the top. It's a little more complicated, and you might want to buy the part instead of building it, but it would allow you to drill non-stop until you hit your desired depth. Combines with the return pipe for sediment, it could increase and simplify operation... if you do this kind of thing a lot...
