      A great rig, for sure, but it would be about as easy to dig one by hand as to make that machine, unless you know what you are doing, which I don’t.

    Haha that’s funny a buddy of mine and I did something almost identical to that about 8 years ago. Ours rotated a lot faster, went through multiple layers of rock, we pumped a slurry to flush it out, and stopped around 120’ or 130’. He still uses the well. It was all homemade and something I will never forget. People were amazed that we used an 2 or 3hp electric motor from an old water pump.

    Saludos, felicitaciones , una pregunta cual es la razón de la limitante de que llegue solo a los 30 metros? la potencia del motor o la cantidad de tubos con que cuenta?

    • @manuelcarreno920
      @manuelcarreno920 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hay varias pero lo primero que aparece es el peso del tubo ya que entre mas profundidad es la fuerza que necesitas para darle rotacion a la columna de barras y hay ótras variantes que tambien son importantes

    Тази така наречена ,,кофа" за сондиране е подходяща само и единствено ако пласта със водата е песаклив . Относно затръбието на сондажа слагате твърде остри камъчета , който няма как да се наредят което съответно води до зашламяване на сондажа със пясък . Направили сте правилно дубките на филтъра което ми хареса.
    Поздрави.

    • @SuperFastDriver
      @SuperFastDriver  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Здравей, благодаря ти за коментара, личи си че имаш опит със сондажите.. но тая “кофа” я ползваме когато има камъни .. или ги изкарваме или ги набива вътре в пръста.. незнам дали се вижда добре на видеото но има капак за почистване.. специално тази дупка нямаше пясък .. и тази кофа я пуснахме на финала преди да положим тръбите.. за да оберем падналата пръст.. понеже водата събаря изкопаната пръст от нормалния шнек.

    Muy interesante, sobre todo para no estar desarmando cada tramo extensor de mecha. una consulta al subir para limpiar la mecha no se cruza en el pozo y se traba? la polea que centra la linga al carretel esta desfasada del centro de perforación por eso la consulta si se cruza. Muy buena idea.. saludos de argentina

    Muy buena la idea solo tengo una obsebacion constructiba yo soy de Bolivia me dedico como 20 años a perforacion de pozos me gustaria se pueda organizar un intercambio de experiencias para poder exponer lo que cada uno a desarrollado en este rubro por ejemplo yo e tenido que pasar muchas peripecias y experiencias para vencer obstáculos ,y e tenido que rajarme la cabeza como bulgarmente se dice ,y experimentar de algunas ideas que se me ocurria hasta que por fin llegué a lo que esperaba ,claro con esto no quiero decir que todo lo puedo ,como es un sistema manual haun no puedo en terrenos geológicamente no factibles,osea quiero decir en un suelo muy graboso con piedras mayores a dos pulgadas no puedo pero si es menor si lo puedo hacer,y otra ventaja es que con mi sistema mejorada de EMAS del cual fuí alumno puedo llegar a alcanzar el segundo o terser acuifero o quizá el cuarto para tener una agua de calidad,pero no podrian pasar el primer acuifero el sistema de perforacion que vimos antes de mi comentario por que el primer acuifero que encontraron no los permitiria ,por que es una perforacion en seco ,mientras el mio es con inyeccion de lodo ,por el material que sacaban vi que hera arena delgada y esto no permitiria seguir profundisando , con esas características de suelos yo podria llegar fasilmente unos 50 metros hasta mas metros de profundidad, estamos hablando de una perforacion manual con inyeccion de lodo mecanizado.hoy en dia ya lo mecanisé mi equipo pero haun lo sigo haciendo si me piden pozos bajitos 20 a 25 metros y si reune condiciones geológicas factibles.

      You need to think like the well drillers that built and designed the rigs you use today, my grandfather was one of them, he would have loved this idea, laughed at your comment and simply told you build a pneumatic hammer attachment to hang at the bottom of the "drill rods", honestly i could build a system like this for 5 inch wells that would give me a rig that is light and limber enough to get to locations other drillers dare not go. As well as reduce the amount of property damage or clearing that needs to be done when drilling wells, usually wells aren't drilled in places easy to get to, especially these days. No shit welldrillers these days are dieing left and right, none of them want to improve the process, they inherited a way to do it. And will never ever consider a possible alternative to the problems their business deals with in our modern Era.

      @@kuztomz any living thing that stops growing learning a d getting better, quickly dies off, the market and nature are no different then one another. Anyone who thinks they are better then everyone else and really believes that, when they never even see if they themselves can do better the the person they were yesterday. Well those people always have been and always will be total failures to everyone around them. Because it may function for a period of time, but if your ideas aren't build on the principals of integrity, Stability, and Growth, then you will never see long term success in any of your ideas, regardless of how much merit your ideas have. Good strong Ideas are no different then good strong species of any biological thing, each one of them adapts, or disappears. So will you embrace your human ability to adapt via the choice of your actions or the principals you choose to base your decision making upon, or will you be as the animals and plants and have your decisions driven by instincts and emotions, all the while believing that you are superior to everyone around you because you know better then anyone else.
      I dont think people loke that can be changed, I think they have en expiration date stamped to their forehead by mother nature alone. Strength isnt the ability to inflict a greater harm on your enemy, strength is to see when you can make a sacrifice to come to the table to see your enemies are just as human as the rest of us, and that an eye for an eye is an easy trap for all of us, but forgiveness is the only path forward for the redemption of our human selves.... so we need those old bad close minded leader to be here, as an example of how not to lead, I've learned from the mistakes of people around me before I ever even consider thinking I was wise enough to be right about what good leaders are and how they think.

      @@kuztomz sorry for the sermon/lecture. It's my inner dad getting annoyed with both the kids and adults these days, it's not you lol. I apologize that you got caught up in the crossfire there lol. I'm frustrated that we lost the passion for the garage engineers of our history, the ones our modern Era wouldn't have existed if we didn't have them.
      Don't sell yourself or your idea short, build it yourself, work with a single local bank or some e who you can trust for initial funding, have a slow growth plan that garintees you will always meet or exceed your expected goals, pay off the initial debt and never use anything other then money earned to grow. This machine is very good , one if the best , professional level thinking procedure wise , but not that cheap and not simple . If you think it s so rudimentary do it it one hour . I m curious even the material total and all the pieces dimensions, it s a lot of engineering and those who made it are great at mechanical and even electrical works.

    Intresting concept. I was thinking on using PVC pipe and water pressure to go down 20ft first. This could also work for me and maybe percussion drilling combined down to 180ft.

    If you use pipe, and pump water down hole then have a space for the water to come back up and return to, you won’t have to keep raising it so much. The drilling fluid will remove the cuttings for you.

    • @SuperFastDriver
      @SuperFastDriver  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The holes in the tubes are cut because that acts as a filter, around the tubes there are rocks acr as a filter for the sand .. you don’t want to clogg the pipe and tou want to keep that water level right? So that is the way..

    Really nice job but I didnt see you putting anything in the hole outside of the casing to seal out ground water. Here in the US, we put small rock in the hole ouside of the casing to filter out mud and sediment, then when the rocks reach about 3 feet above the slitted pipe, we place bentonite clay or sometimes even concrete up ground level to keep ground water runoff out of the well. Where we live, in the groundwater runoff we have bacteria that can make people sick such as giardia and salmonella. If either of those get into your house water system it will make everyone have a really bad day to a bad few weeks with toilet paper and toilet time in high demand at your house.
