I can only assume that the staff is so stretched thin that they'd never be able to keep up with all the judge calls if you're taking the time to investigate and ban all the malicious users on the site. We were already stretched out back in 2012 (you'd basically have 1 judge/mod available to take calls for every 200 active users on the site) and that was on the old site with a smaller and considerably less toxic playerbase than now. I quit after a week of being a mod btw. I got fed up by the playerbase real quickly. Big shocker I know.

I've suggested various things to help alleviate this, like implementing a timer feature like in Pokemon Showdown or better reporting features, but nothing. It's frustrating that they keep giving these type of players the ability to act like this.

This player activated a new chain in the middle of the current resolving chain which conflicts with that chain, because I was attempting to shuffle 1 of their cards with my Kaleido-Heart, but they refused to acknowledge anything that came after Chain Link 3. After they Summoned their Kaleido-Heart, they were targeting my Kaleido while I was still resolving my chain while pretending that nothing happened and tried to make me admit I was cheating (I skipped a step in 1 of my chains, but fixed the game state).
