Very, very nice. Wish I could afford it with handicapped modifications. I have relatives who would let me replace a small ruined cabin with something like this, so land isn't the issue. The old cabin even has disconnected electric service, water, and septic, so no money needs to be spent to add those. Unfortunately, this new cabin itself costs way more than I and my relatives can afford. Seeing such a suitable place that I can't get is very hard.
Most of these one bedroom cabins don't have anywhere to put a kitchen table and a home office, but this model has space for both, and a side-by-side washer and dryer. Most one bedroom cabin models also have lofts with concussion height ceilings. I'm not about to risk a concussion in such a space. Also, with my bad knees and bad back I'm not about to climb stairs or crawl around on the floor if I can possibly avoid it, so I have no use for a loft.
Besides making handicapped modifications the only other changes I would make are some of the colors, and I'd put a big walk-in shower where the tub is. A linen closet would replace the small shower currently in this model.
This model appears to be a very wide single--its probably 18 feet wide. This is why there is enough room in it for all of the basics, while not being a long model.
I'm bummed out because I can't get this unit. Due to health issues, I live on a very limited income. My relatives also live on limited incomes, so I'm out of luck.
If you are looking for something like this, and can afford it, please enjoy it. Wish I could too.
That's pretty nice for $50k. Especially since it has gyp board walls and not the typical vinyl with the seams.
I'd put it on a nice wooded property somewhere and have a great getaway! :)

On the contrary it's a large kitchen but I've had people complain about the videos being to long so ... there always something. You're welcome to come and tour through the homes and see for yourself.

@@GuitarTrader71 . This is a really nice model. I just sold my park model at our campground which was 400 Sq Ft. I am putting my house in NJ up for sale shortly. My wife just passed away and I am heading south and will put a tiny home on a lakefront property.
