Hello Samir, I'm in the same boat. Some of the initiatives of the government are good. However, the government should extend some budget for SWAMIH where a stuck homebuyers can log the details of a project on a web portal and they just perform financial assessment of the project and provide a DPR with next steps like onboarding a new developer, bringing NBCC to help, legal actions etc. Most homebuyers don't even know the right steps even after 10-12 years. In many projects, homebuyers don't even know how many units were sold by the builder and how much money has been collected so far. Some amendments should be made to the current SWAMiH scheme.
