Rice flour- 250g or 1 cup
Plain colour - 125g or 1/2 cup
Cardamom pods - 5
Powdered sugar - 125g or 1/2 cup
Egg -1
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Salt 1/8th tsp
Coconut milk 300 -350 ml
Cooking oil

Hi Anne, yeah i used the shop bought rice flour that is normally used for string hoppers and the result was super crunchy.
If you use rice flour and follow the method as I had showed you, you would get crunchy cookies and enjoy it. Good luck 😊thank you
